"Clean but mattresses are way too firm"

"Door security locks everywhere. Room was clinical, no floor covering. Adequate for a night or two. Food/ drinks nice. Breakfast area was very “ echoing “ everyone was whispering due to this. "

"Das Hotel wird als Sporthotel angeboten. Wenn man den Sportbereich nutzen möchte, muss man 3 Euro für ein Handtuch extra bezahlen. Dies sollte aus meiner Sicht so auch beschrieben werden. Ebenso die Nutzung der Sauna, nochmals 10 Euro für die Nutzung und 3 Euro für jedes Handtuch. Das empfinde ich als Abzocke"
