"The room was disgusting; Someone used the bathroom before our arrival. There were feces in the toilet bowl. The bedding was dirty, and the garbage cans were still full. The hotel stated that it had been remodeled; however, none of that was evident. We left and ended up at another hotel due to concerns about the cleanliness and our own safety. Would not recommend to anyone."

"We arrived at 8:30 pm and was told our reservation was cancelled because the scheduling process overbooked customers. We made our reservation some time ago, so it was a good rate. I asked when we were cancelled and they said around noon. I checked my emails and text messages and did not receive any notice that our room was cancelled. We needed to go to 2 other hotels before we found a room and it was a last one available. Rooms were probably scarce because the Atlanta Braves were playing nearby that night and the 2 following days. .."
