"In entire townhouse, they heated seriously without considering ventilation. It is even hard to breath if you stay long in the lobby and in the room area. Once you sleep one night, you will realise the consequence of this bad air condition. You can easily feel headaches. I had to seal door gaps with some tapes to survive in the room. Check out is 10AM. "This stay was a splurge for us, but was wonderful to spend Christmas together with our boys who are in their 20's. We actually got delicious takeout from a favorite restaurant, drank wine, and played games around the table with the fireplace going. They enjoyed having their own beds and we enjoyed the quality family time. Place was comfy and clean and close to skiing."

"Superb hotel, very clean, lots of amenities, great staff. Location is great, right by the lake although not quite as much to do as river run. But since there is free on call shuttle, it’s easy to get around. Staff was so kind, courteous and helpful, they make the stay worthwhile on their own. Only downside was that the lakeside cafe wasn’t that great and big horn bistro is okay at best. If they could provide freshly made breakfast (even at a charge), this place would be unbeatable. "
"Outstanding stay in historic home in keystone with beautiful grounds and wonderful staff. We were given a tour when we arrived and offered use of a gorgeous fireplace (ready to light) and sitting room, but we decided to take a walk and sit on patio overlooking pond instead. We saw a moose, beaver, wonderful birds including hummingbirds. And breakfast was wonderful—great coffee, lovely menu, a wonderful fresh fruit salad, eggs made to order (great omelet option), bacon, sausage, potatoes, toast…such a treat. A hidden gem."

The BEST part was that I didn’t get chased out of my room by housekeepers 30 seconds after check out time. No harassing phone calls. I really appreciate that, I felt much more respected compared to nearly every other hotel I’ve stayed at.
The staff that checked me in were not only friendly but also helpful and accommodating.
I just booked another night solely because I HATE being harassed by housekeepers unless you are out at the exact check out time. This policy makes the hotel automatically a 5/5 in my book. "
