"We had a great time and a positive experience in general. The location of the hotel is perfect - close to the beach and the main strip. At the same time it's in the quiet more family-oriented part of the resort and it was quiet at night. The food was quite nice as well and there were beer, drinks and ice-cream/snacks throughout the day. The negatives - this is not a 4 star hotel. It looks and feels more like a 3* hotel. On the balcony there were rust spots and bird poo which was not cleaned....

"We were there during Covid time in Europe the staff was wearing mask to keep us safe. Everything clean few times a day. The staff was helpful if you were having question. The room was clean, the swimming pool area was also clean. Overall we have a nice family stay. "

"The Maintenance in the place is very underrated, but it could be because of all the young 'Party Goers' that get somewhat out of hand. If you are just looking for a place to put your head and get some food, this is the place. Otherwise, there are plenty of other hotel options."

"Great hotel, everything was perfect. Beautiful architecture of the building, 4 big and clean pools, tasty and fresh food. The pool bar has everything you wish for to drink and the barkeeper is very professional. The main restaurant for the all inclusive is high level gourmet. The staff was friendly, nice and helpful. The rooms are huge appartments, with kitchen and living room included, very clean, with a comfortable bed, a big balcony. I can say only positive things. Se loved our stay and we...
