"Very few reception staff. Always a line. Only 2 housekeeping staff so no towels and incredibly slow. No safe. Only 1 person in bar/restaurant so the wait was very long. He did his best."

When asked when food would be replenished, desk clerk ( who was eating herself) never looked up from her reading material and simply said, “we ran out”. No sorry, no apology, no gives a damn. She got hers, so who cares. Sounds harsh, but that was the way it came across. Not a way to make anyone want to come back or form brand loyalty."
