Letztklassig und unfreundlich

Das mit dem Alter ist eine Sache, die Art und Weise des Alters eine andere - habe mit Sicherheit in den letzten 15-20 JAhren keine vergleichbare Absteige gesehen, die so herutnergewirtschaftet ist, liblos geführt unmd wird und einen Eigentümer hat, der an Unfreundlichkeit und Arrroganz nicht zu übertreffen ist - hilft auch die (ich denk die Tochter?) Freundlichkeit an der Rezeption nichts. Letztklassige Unterkunft für diesen Preis. Überraschend ist, das man angesichts der Lage direkt am Strand so gar nichts daraus machen will - nicht einmal Vorhänge .....

Kein Safe im Zimmer! Frühstück Armselig, nicht mal ein Toster vorhanden, auswahl NULL!!! KLIMA FUNKTIONIERT NICHT MAL!! SERVICE SEHR FREUNDLICH UND ESSEN (gegen Barzahlung) SEHR FEIN! SEHR SCHÖNE MEERESAUSSICHT!

Arrivati alla struttura non erano al corrente della nostra prenotazione. Dopo mezz'ora ci dicono che tutte le camere erano occupate e veniamo rimbalzati ad un altro hotel. Entriamo in una camera attendendo circa due ore. La camera non aveva le caratteristiche di quella prenotata, in particolare la vista era sul retro e non sul mare. Le richieste di sconto sono state ignorate. La camera aveva una porta chiusa comunicante con la camera vicina e non c'era alcun isolamento acustico, si sentiva ogni minimo rumore, zero privacy. Alla prima mattina del secondo giorno ci siamo trovati il cane di taglia grande dei vicini in camera, aveva camminato e sporcato le lenzuola e urinato a terra. La camera é stata pulita sei ore dopo a seguito di una seconda richiesta, dato che la prima é stata ignorata. Tutti gli ombrelloni della spiaggia erano prenotati e l'hotel non aveva ombrelloni. Esperienza terribile.
