Nice hotel and clean however, the room was a bit cramped. The bathroom is also quite small and it was hard not to get water everywhere on the floor when after using the shower. Expect to have a deposit charge on your credit card the day before you are supposed to stay at the hotel. For us, the biggest downside was the AC - we were there during 35 degree weather and we were unable to control the thermostat. It was a bit too hot for us to sleep at night even with the AC running.

Struttura da rimodernare pertanto il prezzo del pernottamento decisamente eccessivo considerato anche il periodo. Colazione buona. Una “ svista” nell’addebito sulla carta di credito, rilevata in modo del tutto casuale.... fortunatamente risolta ma se non ci fosse stato un controllo a casa dell’estratto conto avremmo pagato la prima notte il doppio.

Der Pool war super vor allem für Kinder. Leider konnte man um 8 Uhr morgens nicht schwimmen gehen,da die Säuberungsmaschine um 9 Uhr immer noch Sehr drin war. Personal sehr freundlich. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt.

Un très bon petit hôtel, bien situé, avec un personnel extrêmement intentionné. Extrêmement sympathique, disponible et de bons conseils. Les chambres sont confortables, propres. Belle petite piscine, des vélos sont disponibles. Le petit déjeuner est correct et le bar bien pourvu. Réseau internet opérationnel. Séjour d'une semaine avec mon fils pour une compétition de karting. Juste parfait pour nous

io ed una amica abbiamo trascorso solo una notte all'hotel Olympia , in occasione del concerto di Vasco Rossi, ma posso dire che la struttura è veramente gradevole,rinfrescata di recente , pulita, ben attrezzata ; cena e colazione ben assortite e rispondenti alle esigenze ; personale tutto veramente accogliente e premuroso. Assolutamente da consigliare!

Hotelanlage in Ordnung

Für ein drei Sterne Hotel ist dieses Hotel durchaus angemessen. Räumlichkeiten sowie Poolanlage können sich sehen lassen. Das WLAN des Hotels war leider meistens überlastet und deshalb eher selten nutzbar (wenn es funktioniert hat, dann aber sehr gut!). Das Frühstücksbuffet war in Ordnung. Lediglich bei Mittag- und Abendessen ist es kaum möglich satt zu werden. Die Geriche an sich waren geschmacklich für drei Sterne okay, aber die Portionen einfach zu klein. Es kam durchaus vor, dass die Vorspeise größer war, als das eigentliche Hauptgericht - deshalb von mir leider auch keine Weiterempfehlung...

Небольшой отель в прекрасном Линьяно Пинета. До моря 10 мин пешком,песочный широкий пляж. Лежаки и зонты платные, отель дал скидку и 2 лежака с зонтом стоили 10 евро. Рядом с отелем парк, в котором любил гулять Хемингуэй. Городок расположен в сосновом лесу. Сочетания моря, солнце и запаха сосен- потрясающее! Номер небольшой, не очень удобные матрацы и подушки, холодильника нет. Брали полупансион, достаточно однообразно. Хороший бассейн, есть большая игровая для детей. Хочется отменить очень гостеприимный персонал отеля, добрые, внимательные, спасибо им!

ottima esperienza con la mia famiglia, accoglienza all'arrivo perfetta e personale molto gentile.La location dell'albergo è ottima sia per andare a Lignano Pineta che Sabbiadoro. Parcheggio confortevole per la macchina . Unica pecca è che la stanza tripla , quindi con il lettino per il bimbo di 8 anni, che era molto piccola quindi fino a quando ci si sta poco tempo può andare ma non è ottimale per pernottamenti prolungati

Quiet location short walk to the beach

Really friendly staff & prompt check in. Complimentary sun beds & umbrella on the beach was an added bonus. Paying an extra €20 allowed us a late check out up to 6pm allowed us an extra day on the beach. Pool was really nice outside hotel. 15min short walk to the beach & lots of restaurants close by. Only recommendation I would make is put a fridge in each room. Getting the maid to install one on request for €3/day is not on. Also please supply beach towels to guests. Bed covers please use bright colours instead of the dark ones you use to make the rooms more welcoming. Other than that great stay with my family we will be back.

Hotel curato e pulito, buona vicinanza al mare parcheggi disponibili. Pulizia delle camere e delle aree comuni molto buona. Personale gentile e disponibili (un ringraziamento a Giammichele cameriere simpaticissimo che rende colazioni pranzi e cene divertenti). Buona varietà di cibo. Note dolenti il caffè della macchinetta per la colazinè pessimo e nessuna bevanda inclusa ai pasti, nemmeno l'acqua. Comunque un buon hotel consigliato !
