If I could give this place zero stars I would. They sold us a room with no working A/C, knowing it doesn’t work. Said they were sold out of other rooms and we couldn’t change when we realized. Didn’t give us any compensation to make up for it except a box fan. Will never stay here or any Best Western ...

Heritage Inn & Suites St. Louis/Fenton, Trademark by Wyndham
Clean room. Staff was very nice. The breakfast was really good and well maintained. The pool and hottub were great. They had popcorn and soda in the lobby from 3-7 which was a great added bonus.
