"i am very torn about this hotel. the surroundings of old town are excellent and hotel staff seem nice, hotel is beautidul. however if you are a foreigner and want to stay here you should not ask the english speaking staff for advice or trust anything they say. I almost missed my flight and didnt get money back after cancelling my last night. first night was cold, room heater didnt work even though I asked for it beforehand, first night there was a powercut on whole hotel.
