OPENS OR CLOSES BASED ON OWNER'S MOOD

RIDICULOUS PLACE. The owner opens and closes the hotel as he pleases. We booked it and went there and it was closed. The owner was no where to be found. We asked the neighbouring hotels about it and they said that whether it opens depends on the MOOD of the owner. FORGET IT! Don't waste your time and money and anxiety over it. Just book somewhere else.
