The front desk and staff were extremely welcoming and helpful. The bartenders by the pool were very nice and accommodating. The restaurant in the hotel was ok and breakfast was very overpriced. The hotel is in a great location and walking distance to the mall.

Only thing that wasn’t perfect was that our room wasn’t ready when we got there at 4:30 We did get drink tickets for the tap room and upgraded room when the room was still not ready at 5:30… but… We had dinner reservations and really wanted ore time to get settled into our room and shower etc

"We loved staying at this historic hotel, but a couple suggestions… additional Electric outlets would be nice especially in the restroom, had to curl hair and the only ones found were under or behind furniture and hard to get to. Also a TV would be nice!"
