"Friednly receptionist and very clean. Bathroom small but bed comfy and being at the back of the hotel was super quiet. Lockers for bag storage (extra cost but at 2 euros for a small one which fitted my small suitcase, worth it). Great location too. "
"The hotel is undergoing a refurbishment. My room was one that has been upgraded and it is done to a high standard. The apart-hotel room is spacious, clean, comfortable and I would recommend it. There are some sound issues with the adjoining room, but this is pretty minor. The location is excellent for trains, metro and walking into Vieux Lille. "

Bedroom and Bathroom was exceptionally clean, with toiletries, hairdryer, enough coat hangers. Towels and bedding very good quality and bed was very comfortable.
