Notre séjour a été très agréable. un peu surpris de l’endroit où se situer l’hôtel. Personnel à l’écoute et petit déjeuner varié avec des produits de qualité locaux.

Tout c est bien passé a l'hôtel, c est calme et agréable. Le seul point faible et sa localisation.. mais il reste tout de meme proche du centre (environ 10min)

We arrived in the evening a lot of migrants around the hotel and a lot of graffiti on buildings. We went out for a meal but not a lot of choice. Hotel very basic but clean and safe. Next morning totally different still migrants around but a lot of locals going to work and school large Market nearby and Metro next to hotel which was very easy to use hotel car park under ground and Staff were excellent

Hôtel bien sauf quartier

Bon hotel, chambre propre et agréable seul bemol le quartier, pas propre et population !!!,il y avait la police dans la station de métro à 21h et ce matin la police était encore là à côté de l'hôtel et vérifiait les cartes identités

The staff were great and the hotel was good. The parking is in a secure underground location but access to it is very limited if like us, your vehicle has low ground clearance - I now need a new front lower valance. Also the little square outside seems to be frequented by local undesirables - we were greeted by them having a fight which included throwing bottles at each other as well as fists. Although not strictly the hotels fault or responsibility but cctv or other security measures may help.

Je recommande cet hôtel

J'ai séjourné dans cet hôtel plusieurs fois et j'en suis toujours satisfaite. Un petit bémol simplement, la housse de lit était tâchée. Le personnel de l'accueil est accueillant et sympathique. Quant au buffet du petit-déjeuner, il est complet. J'aime se rendre à Lille, je réserverai à nouveau dans cet hôtel.

The hotel was ok. small room with small shower. No soap in the shower. No kettle and tea provided. The cleanliness was ok and staff at the counter was helpful. Outside the hotel was very dirty and smelly. Something the management should work on.

Nice hotel on the outskirts of town

The room was basic but suited us well. The staff were friendly, with excellent English and the room was cleaned daily to a high standard. The hotel is right next to the Metro station, the only downside to this being you can hear the escalator constantly from the room above, though we did get used to it. The market is right on the doorstep on a Sunday (and I think a Thursday), so was lovely for a walk around. It is about a 30 minute walk to the centre and less than 5 mins to lots of restaurants. Would definitely stay again.
