Bon accueil, mais chambre cata.

L’accueil a été très bien. L’hôtel est globalement propre. En arrivant dans la chambre, nous avons été atterrés de la taille du lit, de la chambre et la salle de bain. Impossibilité d’ouvrir la porte de la chambre entièrement, le lit (en 140) l’en empêchait, à peine possible de faire le tour du lit avec nos quelques affaires dans la chambre, grosse déception. Le sol grinçait, nous entendions tout ce qui se passait dans le couloir et avons même senti le mur ou le lit était collé vibrer car notre voisin entrait dans sa chambre. Bref, nous ne sommes même pas restés et avons réservé ailleurs. En gros : des combles aménagées en chambres d’hôtel. Pour le prix, ça a un peu piqué. Mais je tiens à souligner l’accueil qui a été excellent, et la réception nous a proposé une autre chambre, mais c’en était trop. Comme un sentiment d’avoir été un peu trompés par les photos des chambres sur le site, qui ne sont en aucun cas révélatrices de la réalité.

Asked for a room upgrade on arrival & were given a room where the bathroom door only opened partially as hit bed, big chunk missing from toilet seat & managed to badly stop my toe on a metal door stop in bare feet! We mentioned all this as we left this morning & were offered a drink by way of compensation. Not useful at 8.15am. Didn’t mention during stay as only there for a couple of nights. Would we stay there again? Possibly as a last resort

Alors que j avais réservé l hôtel pour le parking inclus, ce dernier n était pas disponible pendant ce we et l hôtel n a pas prevenu (alors même qu un texto de pre enregistrement a été envoyé...). Les chambres sont correctes mais l'insonorisation est mauvaise. Je ne reviendrai pas dans cet hôtel et ne le recommande pas. Visiblement il y a un super resto que je n ai pas tente du fait du premier sujet

Ein sehr schönes Hotel mit sehr höflichem Personal. Das einzige was uns gefehlt hat, war eine richtige Hotelbar. Es gibt zwar eine Vielzahl an Getränken, aber diese muss man entweder im Hof auf Lounge Möbeln oder im Zimmer genießen.
