Friendly and well located hotel
Felt welcome on arrival, friendly and helpful staff gave advice on where to eat, etc. Grateful to be able to access room early. Clean room with excellent shower. Excellent choice of food at breakfast. Very convenient location for town centre and stations.

Another good trip...
This is an amazing hotel. Spotlessly clean, comfy bed, friendly staff and a good breakfast. Great location, close to everything. All in all, outstanding value for money.

Nice breakfast, but very poor sound insulation
It was very hard getting a good night's rest due to the very poor sound insulation. We could hear doors closing (never mind slamming) not only on our floor, but the floors above and below as well. This was true of the main room door, but also internal doors, such as the toilet. Slamming doors added vibrations you could feel while in bed. Earplugs did not help. On the plus side, the breakfast is rather lovely and the staff are friendly and helpful. It's a real shame the infrastructure is so poor, as the location is also great.

Value for money but nothing special.
Very well located, comfortable bed and good breakfast (we were not told where or what time the breakfast was). The bedroom was incredibly small and the bathroom was so small - unnecessarily small -that one couldn't dry yourself in the bathroom.

Positives: Great price, amazing value for money. Breakfast included - very good breakfast and nice quality food. Decent hotel decor, and location very close to main town. Negatives: A/C in the room didn’t work and window wouldn’t open so it was a bit stuffy. Reception staff was a bit odd - I was standing in queue but called the person behind me before me for some reason, maybe since the person looked local - so that was a bit odd and left me feeling quite dissatisfied. Ibis parking was full, overnight street parking is free, but through the day it’s not always possible to find spots. I parked in ‘Parking Republique’ next to the Bureau of Arts - which was convenient.

Overall a pleasant enough stay. Some minor issues in the room (window didn't close properly), and with the meeting room (AC didn't work and the cable we were provided was broken).

Foyer Bar and Breakfast area excellent. Good ambience Reception welcoming helpful Booked soy milk for breakfast but wasn’t there. Breakfast staff went out and bought some for me. Very friendly. Negatives Rooms tried to be quirky but poor design Main issue was pervasive mould smell in bathroom from shower area.

Convenient hotel
This is a clean and convenient hotel for Lille. The Eurostar station is walking distance and there is another station nearby if visiting other places which we used, very convenient for a short stay. The place is clean and the breakfast simple but good. All the staff were pleasant and helpful.

Moderately priced basic hotel which is convenient for local restaurants and the station. Parking can be a problem. You need to be slim to negotiate the bathroom. Good WiFi.

A good choice in Lille

Weekend In Lille
Very well located hotel, providing good value for money and convenience. Very nice breakfast area with a decent choice of items. Rooms are compct but clean. Staff were very friendly. We hired a car and parking was available nearby. There is a small car park at the hotel, but this fills up fast (no surprise as it’s much better value!) All in all a pleasant stay.

Great location. To be able to park onsite was ideal. The rooms were cleaned well by the staff but the mould and degrading paint in the bathroom was substandard. Overall experience....good budget room.

Easy walk from railway station. Good breakfast. Good wi fi connection. Bed was a little soft for me as I prefer a very hard bed. Room was clean and kept clean too.

Good location for the centre of Lille
It was a good location, within easy walking distance to the centre. We were lucky to arrive in the evening and find a free parking spot nearby, not sure if there is parking at the hotel, we didn't see any. The beds were both at an angle, which made us feel like we were on a boat.

Horrendous Parking
The Hotel only has 12 spots for parking and on arrival these were full. We then spent the next hour or so trying to find alternative arrangements but because of the Christmas Market everywhere seemed to be taken. We managed to get into a multi-storey later on but cost for overnight parking was expensive. Rooms at Hotel are very small but bed was comfortable. The room is a strange arrangement and a curtain blocks off the toilet area, this curtain had blood on it. Breakfast was decent.

Convenient location with some lovely touches
For a few days this is a great hotel. The staff were pleasant and helpful. The room was comfortable. Not a lot of storage but we were only there for 2 nights so enough for us. The continental breakfast is very good. You can walk to all the main sights. We definitely enjoyed our stay at this hotel.

Nice Hotel, Small Bathroom
The Hotel was lovely, the staff that I & my wife experienced were very courteous & friendly, They also were fluent enough in English to help us seeing as we speak very little French. The Bedroom while not massive more than met our needs, from a personal point of view I would have preferred a firmer bed and pillows, but I accept that is a personal opinion and wouldn't mark the hotel down for this. The only let down was the size of the bathroom, not only could you not 'swing a cat' in there you would strong to fit said cat in there in the first place, While this was not a big inconvenience for a one night stay it would have been if we were there for multiple nights. Breakfast was a very pleasant continental style breakfast.

Stayed with a group of 9, using 7 rooms for 4 nights. Rooms were small but clean. Beds comfortable. Staff were excellent and extremely helpful. Parking expensive at 15 euros per night but we were able to park close by on the road for free. Breakfast plentiful. Good Wifi.
