Wonderfully friendly and helpful staff, cool bar, lovely front kaw with deckchairs etc, very relaxed and child-friendly, room a little small but super-clean and well-designed, lication excellent especially for the Palais des Beaux Arts. Also breakfasts are excellent.

Lovely building, good location, located in walking distance to the Palais des Beaux Arts and not too far from Lille town centre. Complimentary welcome drinks, rooms were clean and tidy, comfy bed, but slight stagnant smell from the bathroom.

Great atmosphere and nice style of hotel. Relaxed feel with a good breakfast offering. Shame about the fire alarm at 5am but things happen. Bottled water and Tea / coffee facilities in the room would make this a 5 star review.

Eclectic comfort in Lille

Lovely laid-back easy going hotel just off Lille city centre. Staff were friendly and helpful and the rooms were spotlessly clean, quiet, stylish and very comfortable. The breakfast was first rate and it was a lovely place to kick back and enjoy the eclectic surroundings.

Wonderful hotel and staff, just missed having tea & coffee facilities in the room (no kettle, tea bags or coffee) as they didn’t serve hot drinks in the hotel in the evening. And was unable to make ourselves a drink in the room in the morning.

This hotel has a very different vibe and as a baby boomer I'm not sure I was the demographic that they were aiming at. Everything was great though I would not really recommend the food - there are too many better options nearby.

Avoid Lille, and avoid this hotel in the worst part of town. Advertised as close to the historic district, there is nothing nearby and I genuinely regret staying here. The area is horrible and the staff busy doing nothing.
