Great location, clean rooms

Good for basic stay, great location. Was abit noisy due to building work outside. Double room was spacious and clean for single person but limited space for family, hotel was eco friendly so there was no hotel amenities in the room. Breakfast was ok.

Great location

Enjoyed my stay at Novotel Lille Centre Gares last week. Front desk staff spoke English which was very helpful! Room was clean and quiet. Walking distance to train station as well as nice restaurants. Will definitely stay here again.

Hotel was good, location is great. Rooms need a bit of help with the plumbing. Bathroom sink didn’t drain well, needed to tell the front desk to fill the soap dispenser in the bathroom and to swap out towels all of which they did right away.

We have stayed in a few Novotel hotels before and this one wasn’t great. The room was a lot smaller than the one in Novotel Brussels and we were positioned above the restaurant/ bar area, which was noisy. The room was too hot, as the air conditioning had been changed to warm air. We asked for the broken safe in the room to be fixed but this was never done. The floor in the breakfast area was very sticky. As a family we didn’t enjoy our stay here but on a positive, the location is pretty good.

Très mécontent de mon séjour dans cet hôtel, certes il est dans le vieux Lille, mais la prestation n'est absolument pas à la hauteur d'un 4 étoiles. Le chauffage a fonctionné par intermittence et il faisait très froid dans la chambre. J'avais une suite et il n'y avait que de l'eau dans le minibar. De plus, il n'a pas été réapprovisionné le lendemain, tout comme le thé, inadmissible pour un hôtel se disant 4 étoiles. Le petit déjeuner était moyen. Je ne reviendrai pas.

3 nuits passées dans cet hôtel très vieillissant dont 1 dans une chambre exécutive avec un réfrigérateur en panne donc eau et jus à 22°. mauvaise odeur dans toute la chambre. les serviettes sont tellement usées qu'elles se déchirent à l'utilisation. Dommage pour l'image NOVOTEL

Bien mais sans parking

Bon séjour, cependant le fait de ne pas avoir de parking cela est très problématique. Parking public plus loin mais 25,80€ la journée et la rue est embouteillée du matin au soir. C’était vraiment gênant et une perte de temps énorme.
