I liked the general layout of the space, we had plenty of space for sleeping and walking around with the bathroom and kitchen in fair spots. The thing was the elevator had been out of service when we got there and we had heavy suitcases to bring upstairs, which I thought would be available since a lift is listed as a feature of this hotel… Also if you plan to pay for breakfast, do not do it. 15€ for bread and spreads. There was no eggs, no protein, nothing cooked and I payed way too much for the literal piece of bread I picked up. There’s breakfast you can pick up at a cafe for cheaper and way better. Overall and ok stay

Staff lovely, breakfast nice, clean room. Aging in some ways but didn’t impact on our stay. Limited crockery and kitchen utensils so don’t use kitchen much - location is around university so lots of action however a 15 min walk to old town etc. happy with stay. Very nice staff who were very helpful.

Good option off the beaten path

I booked this last minute after a problem with another hotel and it was a great choice. The only bad thing was there is not 24 hour staff but how often do you need that? The lady that helped me when I checked in was so nice friendly and helpful. Mention was big, comfy bed and great linens, and had a kitchenette

To expensive for one Night because of the Olympics. Usual price between 50-70, we payed almost three times more. It is Good for one Night but should be renovated and modernized soon. Location is good, close to the city and good bus connection. Personal was kind, except not that good English communication.

The check in was easy and all front desk staff spoke English. The bed, kitchen, toilet and sink were clean. The shower had some mold between the tiles but not a huge deal. The hotel is well located and easy to walk to most destinations. The front desk staff were very helpful to orient us and provided a map. Our biggest issue was the booking process with Expedia. When we booked, we had a choice of "no extras" or choosing the breakfast for an extra charge. We did not want the breakfast, and chose no extras. Unfortunately, when you choose no extras through the Expedia site, you also automatically decline daily housekeeping. We did not know this until we asked why our room hadn't been cleaned in 2 days. We learned that we had declined daily housekeeping. I had not, of course, but this seems to be a flaw/glitch in the Expedia booking process. After we discovered this issue, I looked at booking directly on the hotel site and it clearly shows that you can accept or decline daily housekeeping for an extra daily charge of 10euros. If daily housekeeping is important to you, use caution when booking through the Expedia site.
