"After many years of Premier Inn and now other Hotels This is my first stay with a serviced apartment in this country. I must say I was not sure what to expect but knew the HUB area of MK so thought it would be OK. It was just great, a speedy and efficient way to self check in, everything was as they had explained in the email. the apartment and the block where clean tidy and looked after. "I am sorry to say that our stay was unexpectedly very bad. Even as we checked in the property was cold. There was NO HEATING and no HOT WATER. After many tephone calls we were told that the we boiler was not functioing. We were given grossly inadequate heaters which did little to correct the situation. It completely wrecked the evening which was the celebration of my wife's 70th Birthday. Our first night was a nightmare with no ability for us and our guests to have shower for two full days even...

The beds are next level uncomfortable - very springy and one of them had a proper dip in its middle. Not recommended."
