Nice stay

Everyone was very helpful and kind despite the fact we had booked very last minute. Excellent communication, very reasonably priced and they sorted all our transportation. It was also exceptionally clean.

This is an older property but in good condition. The staff were excellent in greeting and checking us in. If you want to stay near the Lima airport I would recommend Airport Tampa B&B. Good value!!

One night stay close to the airport

Great for an overnight stay if you are traveling the next day. The host was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and comfortable beds. The neighborhood however is not so nice but the B&B itself had locked gates and felt safe.

A nice little B&B type hotel with limited amenities. It is a great place to stay for an overnight trip or a connecting destination. The staff members were great, The property offered a pickup to the airport at a very good rate. The driver was waiting for me at the lobby. The hotel is located about 10 min from the airport on a middle class, but safe neighborhood. Since I didn’t feel comfortable to walk, the property offers food to deliver, I ordered some chicken that was awesome, fast and very inexpensive.

The staff and owner was very nice and accommodating. The place was small but very clean. The room was a good size. Breakfast was nice. I like it that when dhe called a taxi she watched until the guest got in.

Being a female travel solo was worried about the safety when I landed late in Lima, pre- arrange led pick up with hotel and driver was very punctual. Property staff was very helpful. Room was very clean. Just be aware that stairs to the room are steep and not easy to carry luggage up.

Very secure property once u r there. Super clean rooms and nice bathroom. Very affordable. Extremely nice people who run it. They have a driver if u need a ride to and from the airport. The area around the hotel is very dirty and noisy. I couldn’t find a place with coffee or something to grab n eat. I was walking though maybe I should have a driver. I am going to stay there again on my return from Cusco. Not a far drive from the airport.

The property is in a very underdeveloped neighborhood, which the listing doesn’t really convey. It’s good if you want to wait out for a flight, but there’s nothing around otherwise. Staff is quite efficient though.

The room was clean and nice. The people there were very attentive and respectful. I had booked it with breakfast included which was definitely worth it. The area is humble but I did not feel unsafe at all. They had a very nice driver Arturo pick me off and drop me off at the airport for $20 total. The room didn’t have AC but it had a fan which so thought was enough to sleep comfortably.

This is a cozy place near the airport in Lima Peru. Bed was comfortable. Separate bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. No refrigerator/freezer. No air conditioning either. However for the price (other hotels close are at least 5x the price), it was a great place for me. They have a single occupancy room with a double bed. Quiet for the most part when horn honking from streets die down in the late evening. Great communication over WhatsApp in English (vs Spanish given location). They got me a driver to the airport for the next morning.

The property is beautiful and well decorated! The bed was comfortable and the staff were very accommodating. There is no air conditioning so you would want to leave the window open, but it is so noisy it is not possible to sleep with the windows open. You can also hear everything from the hallway… and it can be loud. Also, the area is not close to any tourist spots and the worker told us to be careful every time we stepped outside after dark. It is an easy trip to the airport! Unless you specifically need to be in this area I would choose a different neighborhood for your stay:)

My flight arrived at 2AM and my following flight was later in the day at 1PM. Didn't want to stick it out at the airport and needed a place to stay. This perfectly worked out and for the price and distance from the airport. The staff was very friendly and welcoming and helped arrange my airport pick up and drop off as well. It's literally 5 minutes away at night and 10 minutes (maybe less) during the day. The only issue for me what the noise from the street starting at 6 am in the morning. I didn't get much sleep because of that, if you are a light sleeper keep in mind.
