Staff (especially the night-time staff) were very helpful and cheerful. The property is a little run down and there’s no breakfast but otherwise, it’s what u expect to get for this price. The Lyft driver they called turned out to be a dick (not the hotels’ fault), as he took the fare and then dropped me n a very bad ghetto area. No internet, so no ability to call a cab, no translation abilities, etc. i hailed a cab and said “aeropuerto” and he took me to the airport, where I had Wi-Fi and could book a different hotel for that night.

Very charming hotel in a great location in Miraflores. I love that we're so close to the beach! The room is huge and the beds are so comfortable we actually didn't want to leave! Good wi-fi connection, very friendly staff, and the breakfast is decent. I highly recommend this place.

It looks different than online. Our first room had black mold on the ceiling in the shower and it was peeling, also saw a bug in the sink. The staff was very nice and said that is how all rooms are due to the humidity and he moved us to a different room which still had a mildew smell but at least was clean. Also, the room didn't have screens so you couldn't open the window without getting in bugs. The breakfast was very good and walk able to lots of restaurants so overall it was good but they could use a remodel on the rooms.

They got the big things right and then went beyond expectations with little touches. Clean room, comfortable bed, friendly English-speaking staff, nice location, timely communication through Expedia messaging, transport services to/from airport. While getting checked in, we were given a glass of fresh orange juice. Also provided, hot water, quality toilet paper, quality sheets and bedding, a fan in the room (great for white noise). Those little luxuries make you feel like a welcomed guest.

My room had a strong musty smell. I don't know if it was the mattress or something else. The painting on the ceiling was peeling. The small towel for the feet as yo come out of the shower was broken. It was my worst experience in a hotel in Peru. The management needs to invest in the property specially if they are going to charge the sort of price I paid. On the positive side, the staff were polite and helpful. Unfortunately, there was no one to give me a hand with my luggage walking up three flights of stairs as there is no lift.

Nice place. Small and the staff is great. There was no AC in the room but it was OK for my stay because it was not hot outside. Room was not as nice as picture but still was a pleasant place to stay.

We loved staying here. It is a lovely B&B in a great location and had a lovely homey and cozy feel. Staff are all excellent, friendly, attentive, and super helpful. The bed was very comfortable and felt luxurious. The rest of the room and bathroom were a little tired, but totally not an issue at all. The location is amazing. Plenty of places were easy to walk to and five minute walk from the park on the shore. Breakfast is simple but has everything you need. We got so much bag for our buck here. If you’re looking for a cozier stay in a local place outside of large, impersonal hotel chains, this place is perfect.

Good place to stay in a nice area of town. Close to ocean and shopping as well as restaurants. On the whole friendly staff, good breakfast, and reasonable in-house taxi service to and from airport and bus station.

The service was very great. Michael went out of his way to help us. For the most part everybody at the front desk was nice. The hotel however needs some updating. Rugs were torn in the hallway. Could not put paper in the toilet for fear of flooding. Breakfast could’ve been a little better too.

The front desk was really nice and helpful. They suggested a few places to visit, and it did not disappoint. They set up tours for us, and made some great suggestions on what to see in Lima. And when I mistakenly forgot to make a reservation for one of the nights, and they were all booked, they made a hotel reservation for me at another nice hotel just a few doors down. I would definately stay at this place again!

Overall, the stay was enjoyable and the staffs were friendly. The only downsides are: 1. there's a step to the washroom, not ideal when using the washroom in the middle of the night 2. the door to the room was difficult to lock

The hotel converted room rate to local currency using their fixed conversion rate, which is much higher than my credit card rate. If we want to pay by credit card, we have to pay extra 3% service charge. This is not stated in the Hotels.com website. The first room and the wardrobe were smelly. We have to ask and changed to another cleaner one.

Casa Bella Miraflores is located in a quiet street. The best quality in this hotel is the friendly and attentive staff. Diana was the welcoming face we met upon arrival and was always there to assist having the best disposition and a sweet smile. Valeria and the cooking ladies were also great. The only thing that I did not like was the boring “continental breakfast” - maybe because we stayed for 12 consecutive days - it never varied and was pretty basic. Good thing that there are supermarkets and bakeries close by - walking distance- where we purchased delicious food. Safe airport pick up is also offered by the hotel which is a plus. Overall, I enjoyed my stay, but who wouldn’t? Miraflores is beautiful.

Cozy, Friendly Atmosphere in Lima
I was very impressed with this hotel. The staff was friendly, helpful, and efficient. The hotel itself as well as my room, was beautiful, cozy, scenic, and in a tucked away, quiet part of Lima. There are not any businesses within walking distance, but again, the friendly staff will go out of their way to not only recommend restaurants and such, but will arrange transportation for you. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone that may find themselves in Lima.

Absolutely incredible! We were only there for 2 nights and the staff is just the greatest. They were more ham willing to help us book tours, taxis and recommend places to visit and eat. We miss CasaBella already and would definitely recommend.

The English speaking staff were so helpful with any questions we had and for securing taxis. Breakfast was satisfying and we enjoyed drinking our coffees in the courtyard. Very good location close to the lighthouse and the Ocean.

Some of the people are pleasant, and the place is super cute, but I would just recommend staying elsewhere in the area.. there are plenty of places that you can find for the same price. When we arrived, we noticed that our sheets were damp and humid. I asked for new sheets, but the guy at the front looked confused and as if he didnt know what I was talking about. Even when I had him feel our sheets, he hesitantly said he would find us new sheets... those were also damp. Then he tried to excuse it by saying Lima is just a humid place and that all sheets are like that!!! I've stayed in Lima before, and can definitely tell you this is not true. I asked him if the hotel had a drier we could dry the sheets in.. he said they did "but he didnt know how to use it". In the end he tried ironing one of the sheets to dry them, but we were still uncomfortable for the rest of our stay. Breakfast selection sucked, and there was mold underneath the lid of one of the containers. Also, they overcharge you for their taxi service from and to the airport. Just get a taxi at the airport, or call someone else, they overcharge.
