The bathroom didn’t have it’s own switch to turned lights on and off. It was very annoying listening the fun on all the time. There was only one switch in the room to turned on all the lights.

Not My Favorite
The hotel is in a very touristy area. I gave my credit card at the front desk for incidentals and was told my whole stay I didn't have a credit card on file and could I pay in cash when eating at the restaurant. I had items go missing from my room while I was gone during the day. The walls were very thin. The TV didn't work. Dissatisfied enough that I cut the trip short to not have to stay there another night.

The staff was absolutely incredible - six stars if possible. They made a lot of arrangements for us and no problems. The beds were the most comfortable that I have slept in anywhere. It was a very quiet hotel and the breakfast was excellent as well. Convenient to stores, dining, Kennedy park. It made Peru a wonderful visit.

Great value. The staff was really nice since day 1. The hotel was walking distance from an awesome area with lots to do (including Parque Kennedy). Overall, great experience and I can’t complaint about a thing.

The service at this hotel is probably the best I've ever had! They helped us to book taxis into San Martin plaza and the airport, and organised our covid test as well. The hotel itself is clean, in a good location and we would definitely stay here again!!
