Hostal Staffs are extremely friendly and willing to help you. The Hostal always has someone to open the door for you as soon as you ring the bell. You feel very safely to stay in this Hostal. It's about 10 minutes' walk to the main Plaza and everything else in City Center. It's an 8 minutes' walk to the Bus & Taxi station to go to Ollantaytambo and other cities near Cusco.

No hay ascensor, El check in es muy tarde 4 pm, Cobra comision por pagar con visa, Solo hubo una toalla por habitación doble, Las habitaciones no se limpiaron al dia,

Gracias por su preferencia, pero el tema de la toalla simplemente solicitaba una toalla adicional y con todo gusto se la abastecemos, el check in es referencial como toda norma, la tarjeta cobra comisión nosotros no, y el personal de limpieza tiene un horario si sale muy tarde de su habitación el personal ya no está. Gratos saludos.
