"Quería tomarme un momento para agradecerles a todos — desde la recepción hasta el equipo de room service, pasando por cada persona que cruzó conmigo en los pasillos.
No es común encontrar un equipo donde la amabilidad se siente genuina, no ensayada. Se nota que el espíritu de este lugar viene de las personas que lo habitan día a día.
Cuiden eso. Es lo más difícil de replicar y lo más valioso que tienen.
