WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE!!! This hotel was very accomdating to all of our needs from early check ins to late departures. They deserve 5 stars!! The hotel and rooms were modern, environmental friendly and well designed. Our view of the ocean and city was a plus! It was my birthday, and my husband coordinated many surprises and treats with the help of the hotel staff and it was much appreciated. The rooftop pool bar was an amazing experience. By day, it was a nice relaxing pool lounge and by night, it felt like a rooftop bar. Great food, great service and great location.

La ubicación es excelente, muy cerca de Larcomar. El hotel cuenta con varias opciones de comida (cafetería, terraza y restaurantes) que hacen una estancia placentera. El personal es muy amable y dispuesto a ayudar en lo que necesites.

My wife and I had an exceptional stay here. Customer service was outstanding. We needed to stay longer for businness due to unexpected circumstances and the front desk management staff was able to go out of their way to convenience us with a longer stay at their hotel. I should’ve gone to the Hilton. I requested airport pickup weeks in advance and they failed to provide one. When I complained they attempted to charge me $50 usd for pickup when my Uber cost $12. I told them I was checking out early in the Am when I checked in and the staff failed to notify me that breakfast to go can be requested as I would be checking out prior to the time my paid breakfast starts. It wasn’t until checkout that the staff said “oh you should’ve ordered breakfast to go” if I knew I would have. In addition the pool closed 1 hour after my checkout and staff was rushing me out of the pool even though that was the main reason I booked this stay. Terrible experience and I will not be returning or recommending to anyone.

Great staff and very accommodating. They arrange tours and cabs and have three restaurants in the hotel. You can walk to go to stores and restaurants and bars.

Beautiful and clean rooms with great amenities eg spa and rooftop pool. As a solo female traveller it was good to have lots to do without needing to venture too far. I’d absolutely stay here again!

Great amenities- pool lounge/service at 27 tapas made for unforgettable sunsets which were a daily occurrence due to the great weather. Hotel was walkable to a lot of things to do in the surrounding area.

My stay was one of the best I’ve ever had. The food in the lobby was incredible. The Japanese restaurant was incredible, and the bartenders upstairs are worth their weight in gold

Walked in with a giant bag on my back, was not offered help with it. Went to the cafe on the first floor and was ignored for twenty minutes. Then tried to get a reservation for dinner and waited over a half hour for a response. So I went to the rooftop bar and they forgot my food order, so I waited over an hour to eat. Asked repeatedly for my bill, and again was ignored. I was polite during all interactions, so I don’t know if it’s that I don’t drink alcohol that made them just figure I was not worth serving, but it was a really unpleasant experience. Nothing about this hotel appealed to me.

To say you get what you pay for would be incorrect. We paid extra to have a sweet in the room was very nice. The rest of the facility is a joke. The pool is about 2x3m So in essence the size of a Jacuzzi and not hot. They have a bar area around this what you would call pool and the music is blaring from about 4:00 p.m. on. Not a live band, not something fun to see or do Just blaring music and have a cocktail. Go down to the mall and things cost a third as much for spectacular restaurants overlooking the ocean. Sadly I let down from the iberostar family but then again we are used to going to their big resorts through Central America, So in there defense maybe this is a different type of product for them.
