This hotel was very nice. My husband and I traveled with our teenage sons to Lima for the first time. The family suite was actually two connecting rooms and we loved it. We were close to our sons, but also had privacy when needed. The rooms were very large with great water pressure (which is a must after an entire day of traveling). The staff ordered our cabs, would request housekeeping while we were out and prepared to-go meals for us when we traveled early to Cusco. The daily breakfast buffet was delicious. We didn’t take advantage of the pool or sauna, because we were tired from all of the outdoors activities we did, but we will check it out next time. Thank you to the staff at the Luxury Inkari for making our stay very comfortable and enjoyable. We will definitely be back.

Good Tourist Hotel

Almost everything at this hotel was low rated, the staff was not friendly, breakfast was poor, unattentive service ,rooms were mediocre specially the bathroom. Eye sore of a window view. $15.00 for water bottles which we used to wash our teeth. Safe in room did not work. Anyway will never come back here.

The location of the hotel is great, close to everything. The dining options are plenty, and most open to very late at night. The hotel itself needs complete renovation top to bottom. The room furniture is very old, used and torn. The bathroom is dirty, and functionally doesn't make sense - like why would anyone use a shower curtain that is only half length? The carpet is so worn that I saw the cleaning person sweeping the carpet, not vacuuming.

Need major maintenance. Carpet smell and very dirty. Rude receptionist. Try to charge the thing we did not use. Charge us early check in even hotel was empty. Some one came and smoke in our room while we were on city tour.

I did not receive VIP access. Arriving they charged me an additional for being Peruvian despite not receiving in the country. he sauna turned off and never answer the call. bathroom ceiling damp and moldy and peeling, I had a bad experience.

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay here while in Lima. We took full advantage of the many amenities pool gym, sauna, steam room daily. It’s in Miraflores and a close walk to many great restaurants, parks and public transportation. The hotel itself is a little outdated in the rooms but this really didn’t bother us. WiFi worked well in our rooms, but do wish it worked on the top floor where the gym/pool is. Definitely recommend if you’re looking for these extra amenities during your stay and we would definitely stay here again if in Lima.

Great location if you're looking to enjoy Mira Flores. 10-minute walk to a plethora of shops and dining options. 5-minute walk to the John F. Kennedy Cat Park. I stayed in a double twin room. The beds were comfortable, however, overall cleanliness in the room lacked. The room needed to be vacuumed (multiple pieces of trash and hairs in corners and near the bed). I also killed cockroach in my room. The bathroom amenities looked luxurious but the bathroom was not clean (hairs on toilet, sink, and shower). Overall, it was a great location, but I would likely not return due to bugs and cleanliness.

I arrived late and only to find out I booked a wrong date. I booked the following day instead. Expedia was so nice ti help me out get my reservation fixed. Got upgraded room and beautiful view of the city. Close to everything. Walking distance to the Church, Parks and food area. 10-15mins walk to Larcomar. Love this place. Breakfast was great. Thanks for the beautiful experience.

Not at all a 4. Star experience.
It was overall a terrible stay. My first night there the karaoke singing on the second floor could be hard in my fourth floor room as if they were right next-door to me and when I brought it up to the front desk all they said was let’s just hope tomorrow is not so loud. And then the next day when I tried to use the sauna they said both were being serviced it was going to be fixed in an hour but was not fixed even after four or five hours. At which point I just left the hotel. The breakfast was ok and hallway smelled like turpentine.

A Peculiar Experience
This may be a 4-star hotel by Lima standards, but it certainly wouldn't be a 4-star hotel in any other city. While the bed itself was comfortable, sleeping on a night was still made difficult by all the strange noises coming from the building. Not to mention how easilly you could hear people in other rooms and the coridoor. Bathroom was good apart from the bath itself, which was supposed to be a jacuzzi bath, but all it really did was shoot foul egg-smelling water across the room. Shower pressure was great but had massive temperature fluctuations. Facitilies were decent, with a gym, pool and sauna. Though again, using these services was a bit dubious given the poor housekeeping of the hotel. The staff themselves were friendly enough, but with the price I paid, I felt mostly let-down by this time-warped hotel.

Great for families! I felt safe and confident in the staff members. Kids enjoyed the wet sauna for the first time and the jacuzzi bath. The beds were very comfortable and linens were clean. Excellent location
