Nice hotel, fairly clean room, the complementary bottle of water could had been a little bigger (330ml is unjustifiably cheap, a 1l bottle costs 1$ at the supermarket), the bathroom was nice and clean, the bed comfortable and spacious.

Clean room in a great location

We stayed just one night at the Mercure Hotel on our way to Cusco. The location was excellent, and the room was clean and recently renovated. The staff was friendly and accommodating, even allowing us to leave our luggage there for a few days.

The older gentleman that works the front desk has a grotesque attitude. Rude and dismissive. He should be let go. Aside from that it’s a decent stay. Convenient location and walkable.
