The hotel is clean, safe and the staff is very nice. Good breakfast. Wi-fi is not the best but works. If you need to stay in San Borja I would definitely recommend it. Value for your money

The location was safe, the services were great, the front desk staff was courteous, polite and very helpful, especially Ms. Mayra, Mr. Marco and everyone who worked in that department. The staff in the dinning room was very attentive.

I stayed in Palmetto Hotel two times this 2023 , and I found many good things (friendly and supportive staff, good location, close to public transportation, malls and other attractive neighborhoods, etc). The restaurant service (breakfast and dinner) was supper, and has a lot of options at a reasonable price (not too pricey). I would suggest letting other guesses know not to make noises after 10 pm. Some of them probably come from Peru's countryside or other LATAM countries and it seems they are used to make noise or talk too loud until late evening. I would also suggest waiving the service fees that I paid in addition to the hotel regular fees. It did not make sense for me to pay those extras (unless they are part of the tips or salaries of the hotel staff). It was a grey area for me I was required to pay for these fees Thanks.

I like the customer service (very helpful and thoughtful with the guesses) . The location is closed to almost all the most important destinations in Lima. I loved the breakfast and room service. I would suggest to improve the laundry of the towels (not sure if it is the detergent used). I got a rush in certain parts of my body after using the towels. I had to apply an antifungals ointment to get rid of it.

Central location, the only thing negative is the lack of information I was charge $30 extra dollars even when I pay all the fees before going there. When I explain that fee won't apply to me since I'm peruvian ( my passport said so) I was charged anyway. I won't recommend the hotel. I won't come back obviously

An Ok hotel
The hotel is small. It's nothing special and fancy.I don't have a major complaint. Bu the walls and doors of the rooms are very slim I guess, because I could hear everything from the guests on the room next to me. It was annoying and uncomfortable.

Basic hotel with clean and new room
There wasn’t any bottle water provided in the room and water pressure was inconsistent on level 8 which I was staying. There wasn’t any bar only restaurant, in the hotel thought there are restaurants within the 10mins walking distance but I do not feel comfortable walking after 8pm alone in the street.Window can be open which Is a potential safety hazard.

It was a little chilly, but we only stayed one night, a few hours between flying in and out. I'd definitely give it a second chance, as I doubt our 4 hours was representative of the hotel. It was very clean and staff inviting.

Convenient, Affordable, Safe
We booked this last minute. We had stayed here the night before travelling to Cuzco. The second time around we got one of the newer rooms and the bed was much more comfortable than the first time around. The front staff was friendly, even at 3:00 am while we were checking in. The breakfast could have use some help. We did come down late but still had 20 minutes before closing at 10:00 am but there were just some bread and cereal. Most of the food was already gone, they did put some more food out but took them a little while to bring it out. The hotel is in a very safe neighborhood and close enough to the airport. We will stay again if needed.

Palmetto San Borja
Located in a decent area with comfortable rooms and a helpful staff. Front desk also spoke English which was helpful for me. Rooms aren't large but had everything there that I needed.

Just Ok
It was Ok. The hotel is clean but it is small. The rooms are small as well.The bathroom was tiny. And one thing I didn't like is that I could hear all noises from outside. The windows are not thick enough to cancel the noise. However the staff was friendly and very professional. The good thing about this hotel is they have a big parking garage if you have a car and it's free.

It is a business hotel but the internet is lousy, on and off and when it is on it is pretty weak. The staff is nice but it is on a noisy street.

Is in a very centric area whic is convinience
Is very centric our room was at the second floor street facing it was very noisy because of the traffic the whole time and our last day they seem to be doing some repairs at the room above us because they were bagging the walls at 6am it was very annoying when you are asleep and the noise wakes you up and our baby and child. The bathroom did not have a fan so when shower all the humidity stays in the bathroom.

Fantastic small hotel
A fantastic stay in a small hotel. Clean, modern and a friendly professional staff. My favorite Peruvian hotel, and I've stayed in all the high end ones in Miraflores and other parts of Lima. Not the most luxurious, but perfect accomodations my needs. Will always stay here when in Lima. Best of all - the price.... The taxi they provided to the airport also a touch above.

Great business hotel
We used the hotel while my daughter attended a business conference for a few days. It was not a cheap hotel but they delivered great service. Breakfast was fantastic. Wifi was strong. 2 computers in lobby for common use too. The only improvement I could suggest is to have an English speaking person on staff. Our Spanish wasnt fluent enough so that wouldve been nice but we still managed.

Good place, good location, good price
The hotel is very comfortable and clean. The staff from reception to dinning room were very friendly and always available to help. This was a work trip and the internet speed was acceptable (not great). The hotel is located on a main road. Easy access to taxis and several other parts of the city. There are several restaurant options within walking distance (famous Peruvian chiken, Japanese, Karaoke bars, etc). My bedroom and bathroom were a little small. Clean and with the necessary amenities. Air conditioning was available and necessary since the windows looks to an interior patio. There was security box on the room. Breakfast is a good buffet Dinner and lunch are available at the onsite restaurant, which was good. My only observation for this hotel (and also the other three small hotels that I have tried on this trip) is the lack of a good lamp and desk on the room. In general very satisfied. I would stay here in a future work trip to Lima,

Will never stay again.
1. arrive late, be set to a room fact to street and is just on top of entrance. the window is thin as paper, very, very noisy. Ask to change room, got a room inside, no noise from street, but the door is another paper. You will know when your neighbor go in and out. 2. safe is not working 3. carpet is nasty. 4. bathroom is dark 5. toilet is broken, and never show up to fix it. (I just remove the top cover to flush it manually every time i go.) 6. they ask you to walk through a dark area to get to restaurant, when they have a group meeting in between lobby and restaurnat.. Overall, this hotel is the worst hotel i even stay in south America...considering spend +120 nights a year at hotels there. Will never stay again.
