addition fee for air con! Standard room got no AC. I have to upgrade the room the get AC! This suck. And no elevator to get to our room. Completely different from the picture. Overall pretty bad. But the staff was very nice tho.

This hotel itself is very nice, and we really liked our room, which was large and had a large bathroom and Jacuzzi tub — it was definitely worth the extra few dollars we paid. One major complaint, however, is that it was extremely noisy from the street outside. I expected that a room of our caliber would have been located in a different area of the hotel, as not to have been bothered by the traffic, but overall, the hotel is nice and we would consider staying again.

The room was nice, but the hot tub hadn't been used in a while and it had some dirt in it when we turned the jets on. We had to drain the tub, clean it out and fill it back up again.

While the hotel was clean and the staff friendly, the breakfast buffet was often neglected. I had to notify the staff that they were out of eggs or juice, etc. Reception was always ready to answer question and assist. My stay was comfortable and pleasant.

Booked this place the night before our flight back to the states as it was only 15 min away from the airport. Due to traffic it took longer than 30 min to get there early morning. Hotel room smelled strongly of scented air freshener. We did appreciate a clean room, but the street noise was very loud. The hotel staff was helpful, and directed us to a nearby clinic for COVID testing. Overall ok, if you want the convenience of being near airport.

just needed a place to sleep between flights. The cost of a taxi from the airport was 35 sole. The room was clean and much like the photos. Upon arrival I was given a coupon for a free drink delivered to my room. I left before before breakfast but was given a bag of breakfast snacks. Great value and service!
