The country was having a political conflict and their borders closed. We couldn't fly into the country and when we called to get our refund, the hotel refused. They did not give us our refund and we lost out on all our money even though the circumstance was out of our control.

excellent customer service, very friendy and willing to accommodate my needs. room was spacious and well decorated with really big flat tv and jacuzzi among a bar and small seating area.

As our front desk staff told you, at the moment we are working for provide to our guest a better and comfortable service, with air contioner in all of rooms. How ever, we can´t put on march that equipments because there are some electric conections that we must solve before. Thats why, we have not publicited yet this service in the booked room. The hotel is clean and simple. Breakfast was good. The location is not great for tourists. There is nothing in walking distance so had to get an Uber or cab everywhere.

Very clean. Staff was ambitious and helpful. Safety is an issue in Lima - I felt safe at Qorianka.

The breakfast buffet is excellent! Hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. I booked the hotel because of its proximity to the natural history museum. My room was small with windows opening to the inside of the hotel not allowing any air circulation. A standing fan provided some help but still very hot in the room. Internet worked well.

Recommended!
My stay at this hotel was very positive. Prices are competitive, the location, particularly if you intend to use public transit, is convenient and the room was clean. The free breakfast was good and the dining room was not too busy so we could have a relaxing breakfast before what proved to be a very hectic schedule in Lima.

Nice hotel, centrally located in Lince
I have stayed here 3 times in the last 6 months and have been satisfied every time. The staff are friendly and any room problems (dead light bulb and so on) are promptly taken care of. Beds are comfortable, breakfast is a delight. The in hotel restaurant is a good choice for dinner if you don't want to walk out elsewhere. A good place.

My second stay
This was my second stay and Qorianka did not disappoint. The staff are friendly and gracious, I can manage with my limited Spanish, the breakfast is delicious. Our room AC was not working and a bathroom light needed a new bulb - they immediately fixed these problems when we mentioned them. The room is very clean and nice. I look forward to staying there again early next month.

It's our own fault to assume AC is a default amenity for every hotel in tropical areas. In days with 30 Celsius degree, even the staff is so nice and rooms are very clean, you still can't stay here with only a fan...

Pleased with accommodation
Arrived close to midnight. Staff was readily available and friendly. Nice room, no a/c but floor oscillating fan was provided and made room comfortable, bathroom very clean. Buffet breakfast was okay. Waiter, Alexander, was a pleasure ... friendly and informative when we made inquiries. Front desk helpful in obtaining taxi service for us. Good price for one night stay.

Loud nightclub directly beside the hotel and the water wouldn't heat enough to use the jacuzzi

Nice hotel, in the heart in Lima.
It Washington a nice time with my family, but I think it was expensive compared with others hotel around Qorianka. They offer the same and are cheaper.

Muy mala experiencia, primero cuando llegue a recepción después de haber hecho la reserva por la página la recepcionista me indicó de mala manera que no tenía habitaciones disponibles, le pedí que revisara y me dijo que no de manera tajante a pesar que le di el número de reserva, regrese por segunda vez y me dijo lo mismo, a los 20 minutos me llama al celular una representante disculpándose por el inconveniente y que ya tenían disponible una habitación para la cuña me hicieron esperar en recepción 2 horas para entregarme la habitación, la misma que estaba sucia

Es la segunda vez que me hospedo en el hotel, Franklin el recepcionista fué muy amable, no tanto la señorita con la que tuve que hacer el check-in (me preguntó que tenía en mi equipaje, lo cual me pareció de muy mal gusto). En el desayuno, no nos preguntaron como queríamos los huevos y nos dieron huevos fritos sunny side up, lo cierto es que hubieramos preferido revueltos, pero ya para no hacer problemas no dijimos nada
