We lived our stay here. A more boutique hotel, we received personalized service. We especially appreciated how the staff could speak English, my Spanish is not very good. Loved the location, very walkable down to the water it up to shopping. Morning breakfast was wonderful too.

Runcu Hotel was an oasis in the heart of Miraflores. The rooms were comfortable and clean, and the hotel was within walking distance of the beach, shops, and restaurants. The staff were phenomenal and served us in English, which we appreciated with our very broken Spanish. They provided advice and were attentive and thoughtful.

The food was amazing. They have packed for me a snack/breakfast @ 5:30 am before I take the bus tours..PeruHop..they don't serve breakfast..so, it was really good touch

Disappointed
We were not able to make our reservation due to a cancelled flight from buenos aires to lima the previous night. We contacted the hotel to refund us and were denied a refund even though we didnt stay.

We stayed at Rancu Hotel for two nights on our way to Cusco. Front desk staff was extremely helpful and efficient with check in, calling taxis, check out, etc. The room was comfortable and hotel security was excellent. There was some traffic noise in our room but not too bad. From the hotel it is a short walk to the parks and cliffs looking over the ocean. It is a pleasant walk and thee view is spectacular.

Nice hotel, close to the ocean, walking distance to lots of things. The staff was fantastic, extremely helpful and made my stay very comfortable. You will have some noise from the street, but there’s nowhere in Lima that you don’t, so anyone with that complaint is asking for a lot.

Great location, lovely hotel
Well located in Miraflores, close to shopping area while not disturbed by the crows.Great for long walks and relaxation. The staff is extremely helpful and kind. The room spot on. I would highly recommend it.

Nice hotel in a quiet area , the only thing they have to improve is customer service at the front desk (be kinder) specially Pedro . I asked him to transfer me a local call to place a food order at a restaurant and he told me He was very busy ,that he would call me later but he never call me back .

A good three star hotel in a lovely area close to the ocean. Miraflores sights are walking distance, and barranco and the historic centre are an easy journey. I most liked the buffet breakfast here, lots of options and all delicious

Front desk was very friendly and helpful with finding a place to eat late at night. Room was very comfortable, shower was clean, and price was fair. It was a little far to walk for good food but we arrived late at night so we did not have a ton of options. Overall, great.

Unexpected quality
I suppose I’m not very picky when it comes to hotels. I think this place was pretty nice. Hotel staff were professional and quick to help with needs like rides to the airport or getting an iron. Clean comfortable room, very pleasant shower, right next to airport bus stop, about 5 blocks from the busy parts of miraflores and 2 blocks from ocean parks. Best of all was the affordable price.

Noisy Location
The receptionist cheated us, did not honor the rate and booked room. The location is very noisy. We were give. The wrong room and overcharged. The hotel arrangements to pick us up from airport was fine. Breakfast was fine, if you leave early, then you will miss it. The room was very humid with a fan only. It is at a corner of a circular highway and very noisy despite of being on higher floor.

Great affordable place!
Runco Hotel was great. It was in an amazing location. Just minutes from the ocean. Also a few places to grab food and coffee in the area. They have free breakfast upstairs. Also a restaurant during the day and the evening. The staff was amazing and was able to arrange just about anything I needed. Thank you Runco Hotel.

Little Gem
Clean hotel with basic room decor.Beds were comfortable.Breakfast was great especially being able to sit out on the balcony with ocean views.Staff were wonderful ,pleasant and very accommodating even drying my clothes for free.Location was great near the ocean.,walking distance to both the larcomar mall and Kennedy Park which has great shopping areas.There was also a great restaurant across the street.Overall a very enjoyable stay.

Good, safe hotel near to the ocean.
This is the second time at this hotel. We chose it because of the location near to the many beautiful ocean-front parks and walking distance to restaurants and the town center. We will stay here again before we leave Peru.

Well run hotel close to the beach and restaurants
This hotel is small but very safe and all staff were very friendly and helpful. Whenever we needed something they gave very quick service, such as arranging transport and tours. There is a breakfast area on the top floor which switches over to restuarant service at 7PM and the food is good. The beautiful parks overlooking the cliffs down to the beaches below are easy walking distance. The airlines offices are also an easy walk along Avenue Jose Pardo, which goes up to the "Ovalo" roundabout where we found a large department store and Peruvian Indian stores and a Peruvian Indian market.There is another shopping area called Larco Mar nearby on the sea-front. This has an open-air food court. For families with children there are play parks nearby. The whole Miraflores area is exceptionally clean and safe. We plan to go back to this hotel two more times before we leave Peru.
