Location was great. Lots of traffic. If you’re looking for a quiet area to stay. It reminds me of Manhattan with the traffic. Overall, the pool was nice. Accommodations were perfect.

Excellent stays at Skyliving Towers Apartments

My second time to stay at this apartments. The location within walking distance to Kennedy park and many restaurants and shopping around. The apartment is clean, equipped washer/dryer and full kitchen. Helpful and great staff.

I stayed here with friends . The apartments were very nice, well cared for and full of amenities. The area is nice with lots of options for shopping. There is not air, but there are multiple fans . I was comfortable . Staff were always available by What's app and very attentive. I felt safe as here is 24/7 desk security at the entrance and floor access only by electronic key . I had to extend my stay and they were very accommodating.

我是来这边做生意的，一开始还蛮不错，房子也满意 但是第二次续订的时候，房东加了一倍的价格，没有其他选择， 而且有一次门打不开，要住客自己花钱解决，这个不应该是房东负责么。 务实的说，房子不错，只是房东人不咋地，周围好酒店很多，能不来还是别来了，整体感觉很不好，第三次我就去其他地方续住了

We were on the 21st floor and the view was incredible. We were there during the Covid-19 lockdown, so unfortunately there were parts of our stay that weren't ideal - but not through Skyliving's fault. They were easy to communicate with and were very responsive when our WiFi and TV had problems. We had a two-bedroom, which was nicely laid out and had plenty of room. I wish we could have been there when we could have used the pool and the rooftop, but if I went back to Peru I would happily stay here again. The neighborhood seemed great, but the one thing I'll say is that even 21 floors up, you could hear the street pretty easily.

Excelentes departamentos en el corazón de Miraflor

Se trata de unos apartamentos muy bien situados y perfectamente equipados. Tienen todas las comodidades y el personal nos atendió de manera personalizada. Además tienen área de piscina y balcón, el closet ideal para tener todo en orden y en general muy lindos en cuanto a la decoración. Si vuelvo a Lima regresaré, pues están muy bien ubicados y el precio es excelente.

Eu e minha família ficamos muito satisfeitos com as instalações. O Sr. Edwin, funcionário da empresa que faz a entrega e recebimento do apartamento foi muito educado e pontual nos horários combinados. Limpeza e conforto são os pontos altos das acomodações. Uma pequena restrição ao colchão (poderia ser mais firme).
