I had a great stay at the No 1 Pery Sq. The rooms are lovely, the room was warm. The bed is comfy and the shower is good. The staff are friendly, especially the night staff gentleman who was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is good and again the staff very friendly. My personal preference is for tea and coffee in the room, which they didn’t have but that is my only problem. The area is quiet but very close to Limerick Colbert railway station, which suited me admirably. I would stay here again.

Beautiful property! We have been staying in 4stars across Ireland but this definitely was the nicest. Was a real treat to stay here at the end of our trip as we are getting tired and the room was very comfortable with a beautiful tub. Definitely enjoyed our stay.

An absolutely adorable little boutique hotel ideally located and convenient for our road trip around Ireland. Lots of attention to detail and full of charm. Check-in was easy and Julia was helpful and gave us some recommendations. Room was tastefully decorated and I was pleased to have a bathtub after traveling almost 3 months. They had some lovely homemade bath salts as well! We enjoyed a delicious breakfast in the morning. Would highly recommend and would stay there again.
