Then made me redo the whole check in process that they had me do online, again in person. He made comments about getting a really big room (1 room with 3 Queen beds) after knowing I booked for 2 adults and 4 kids. Room was dirty. Dust and dirt in all corners of the bathroom and on top the the shower. The fridge made a weird noise and wouldn't get cold. Dust on the tables and lamps. Room service opened our room door at 9am!!! 2 hours before check out without even knocking."

"It was clean. No bugs. No noisy neighbors. But the door wouldn't stay closed or locked. After closing and pushing on it several times, it would stay shut. But super easy to break into. Just push really hard on it. The only security was the swinging arm latch. There were only 3 other residents on my side. Not much activity. So all was good. But very unsafe. New door knobs had already been installed once. But it needs definite improvement. Other rooms are likely the same way otherwise they would have given me a better room."
