This is a very fine facility and convenient for me to stay. It has always been comfortable and clean and the staff is always friendly and helpful! It is a bit pricey but I’m willing to pay for the stay.

Drains in sinks and tub were all slow, refrigerator made a weird noise every few hours that sounded like a squeaky toy. The location was very convenient. Sidewalk was cleaned and salted due to snow that happened on Christmas day.

Tv not watchable
Clean, comfortable. The tv was not watchable as it was to the left of my bed. So i just watched the couch directly in front of me. Too expensive

Do not stay here. The property is being renovated. We were told we were in a renovated room. The room had old furniture. The toilet didn’t work. The outlets in the bathroom didn’t work. Dishes and glasses were old and chipped. The room is meant for 6 people and booked for 6 people but not prepared for 6 people. The entire parking lot is compromised by the construction crew renovating who are doing a crappy job at that. Again do not stay here.

Great stay!
Even with one floor of the hotel under renovations, you never would have known it. Breakfast was great. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The pool area was great. I highly recommend this property. Oh… the staff… the BEST part of the stay. Very friendly and genuinely helpful.

Nice but noise was an issue.
Nice hotel with large room. Great breakfast. Only issue was constant noise in room all night. Coming from ventilation or something. Advised staff. Tough to sleep.

The location was good. The quality of the hotel was not great. Lots of damaged hallways, chairs, tables. The mattress in our room was noisy, not comfortable. The furniture in the room were nasty. Torn carpet, just run down overall. We booked a king suite, got a suite with not quite a queen bed. The staff was nice though and helpful for what they had to work with. Certainly not worth the money paid.

We visit our daughter and stay here every time bc of the kitchenettes and location in relation to her home. The staff has always been lovely! The parking lot, however, gets full quickly when it is a busy time and the rooms are full, to the point where I've had to park by one of the nearby businesses and then walk, which can be scary at night as a female with a young child.

Unfortunately, there is not a lot we can do about that. We are not entirely sure why it was done that way (limited space?), but it was, and sadly we cannot do much about it. What we can do is empathize, and assure you that we are in a safe part of town with a very low crime rate. We certainly understand that this will do little to assuage your fears; especially for a lady such as yourself. If there is anything else we can do please feel free to let us know as we care very much about our guests feeling safe while staying with us, both inside and outside of our facility.

I was extremely disappointed in our room. We booked a king suite with a pull out couch. Traveling was me, my husband, our four year old daughter, and our five month old daughter. Our four year old was supposed to sleep on the pull out couch, but it was broken and unusable. If it had been in tact, I would not have felt comfortable with her sleeping on that mattress. It was horribly stained, including with what appeared to be blood. The rest of the furniture in the suite was very worn, dusty, and stained. For how much we spent on our stay, it was very upsetting our old friend daughter didn’t even have her own place to sleep.

Very nice and comfortable! It has really good breakfast (that was the best surprise!) - fresh fruit, eggs, potatoes, mini waffles, etc. The only one thing that was a bit inconvenient was the sofa bed mattress - it was a bit old and worn - not anything that kids or younger people would mind, just my back wasn't overly happy. Other than that, we had a very good stay and would totally stay again!

The service was wonderful. The only issue we had was with the bed. It was very uncomfortable. Not sure if the property is slowing replacing them, but I remember staying there a year before and the mattress was AMAZING. Hopefully those updates are being made. Thanks again!

People were very nice. Our suite was VERY used. The bathroom door didn’t close, the chair at the desk was falling apart, all of the cabinets, bar stools, desserts had dings and stains on them. It was not the worst place but my first stay at a staybridge and I expected something different.

We were planning to renovate our hotel back in 2020, however the pandemic and then some other things kept pushing it back. Ive stayed in this hotel before and the couches in both rooms I’ve stayed in at this hotel are horrible and really need to be replaced! Its hard to enjoy your suite when you cant sit on the furniture in the living room. Otherwise the room was nice.

Dear Dan,Thank you for your review of our hotel. I can certainly understand why you would think our rooms need a refresh. In fact, we were supposed to remodel the hotel back in 2020. Unfortunately, the pandemic and then some other issues postponed the endeavor. I am happy to tell you, however, that we are due to start the long awaited renovation in the first quarter of next year; so the rooms will get the refresh that you noticed they needed. Thank you very much for your input, and we do hope you will stay with us again; especially after the renovation.

Wanted to stay at this property because my husband who had recently lost his mother (97 yrs young) had stayed at the Silver Saddle as a child with his parent's now deceased. They would not allow us to stay because i have 2 small registered service dogs fo calm me as i have cancer and subject to panic attacks.

When we arrived they said there was no rooms available. They ended up having to transfer me to another hotel, which was nice, but really a pain to deal with when I had even called in the morning to confirm the room
