The hotel was clean and nice the staff was very friendly and helpful the only issue I had is the supposedly handicap accessible room was not very accessible the door frame was not wide enough I would not recommend this place for anyone with a wheelchair. However if you don't need one it is a nice place to stay

The two staff members we interacted with were gems! Great service! That being said, property left much to be desired. The first room we were given was partially services by the cleaning crew. It had no linens and had not been cleaned. The staff member was very apologetic and she was great to deal with! The second room was acceptable, but we only had two small pillows for the bed. There was a barking dog next door, but that was intermittent. The bathroom needed to be cleaned better and the bathtub backed up. There is potential here, but some things need work. I got the sense that they are working it.

Great room for the price.

This was a great room for the price. We will definitely stay here again. **The parking lot does have a huge crater/pothole that I almost wrecked my car in. They really should put up some cones some you can see it in the dark.

This is an old hotel that’s been well kept and maintained - not fancy. But it felt safe and was a decent place to sleep. The hotel staff were all awesome. Would recommend if you don’t need a pile of amenities and just a clean place for a good nights sleep.

Its in airpark, easy access! The hotel is being renovated, but our room was fairly updated. All rooms have a balcony which is nice. We were there bc of the football game, no other rooms were available even a month out of booking. But its close to downtown Lincoln.

I was very concerned about this stay after reading previous reviews. We didn't see any roaches, or any other bugs. There are apparently numerous people that use this facility as an extended stay for whatever reasons. When stepping off the elevator we both smelled weed in the air. A dog barked down the hallway but didn't disturb our stay. We were relieved our worst fears didn't not transpire.

It was so bad we left after 30mins abd went to another hotel. Hotels.com is horrible as well will never use them again. You guys are thieves and very dishonest. No wonder why you can't find a phone number to call.

Spend a few extra bucks and go elsewhere

Read the reviews and should have went elsewhere. Check in was good, lady was nice. Room was clean and remodeled-ish. Noise from people above was not ideal. Called front desk and she said she’d check on it. Noise continued all night. Woke up at 330 to water leaking from ceiling on face. Packed up showered and checked out by 530am which wasn’t ideal on a no nights sleep. Asked for a refund and got this email. The email has nothing to do with the fact that the place was a horrible experience just points out their cancellation policy. Did I mention that there are people hanging around all hours of the night outside and campers permanently parked around the building? Disappointing and now I know why the reviews you have received aren’t the best.

I won't be back

This place is old. They say they are remodeling, but I did not see any work being done. Also, there are roaches. I liked the full refrigerator and freezer. However, the room was not completely set up either. I asked for a blow dryer, and they made me come down and get it because no one else was at the front desk. Their customer service could be improved quite a bit.
