"I booked the room 2 days before and was promised two beds. First night I was there he said my reservation doesn’t exist I showed him that I paid and showed the itinerary to him he disagreed. Finally gave me a room claiming it’s the only one and the room was freezing I go back to him and he said the heat doesn’t work I’ll switch your room in the morning and I had no where to go it was 4am. "The rooms need some updates. There is mold in the room and the door has too much light that comes through, not flush. Can hear every little peep above, on each side of the room, and when people walk by. Floors coming up."
