"Check in recognized me as a Bonvoy member but didn’t offer me to spin the wheel. Elevator shook on our arrival to room. Employees were not very friendly. Room was nice, beds a little on the harder side. Lighting was very dim, shower was dark, no light we could find in that room. Great location for OKc run to remember, close to start finish and family could watch us run past hotel. "

"I read about the hotel history before staying. When I checked in I noticed that the clerk was going to put us in room 1015. If you know about the hotel, that room is rumored to haunted. I asked if I could have a different room, that I read about the hotel and would rather not have that room. The lady that was checking us in said really sarcastically "ummm, okayyy" and rolled her eyes at me. We did get a different room. Other than her attitude it was a lovely stay. Gorgeous architecture!!"

"This is the second time in 4 weeks we’ve stayed here. When we return, we will certainly stay here. Staff was friendly and warm. The first trip, my husband accidentally left his kindle in the room. Housekeeping found it, wrapped it and shipped it to us. Kudos!!! Great places to eat within walking distance, the riverwalk is nice, parking garage Is connected (BONUS)!! overall a great place!!"
