When staying here for 2 nights in September 2025, I was very satisfied. Clean rooms, friendly and helpful staff.
I then left for an overseas trip and had scheduled to stay at Bay Landing again on the way back for one night.
The second stay was not so pleasant. Was given a room, that looked very tired. Faucet in bathtub was loose, air conditioning unit had a little fabric blowing in the breeze. Refrigerator had no freezing compartment, when asked, the front desk person would not freeze the freezer pack. This has been done in the past with other accommodations without a problem, both stateside and overseas.
So, my suggestion is that Bayside either change their policy for diabetics, or find another hotel more accommodating.
