"Accessible parking was excellent. Staff very helpful planning our trip knowing my husbands limited mobility and making transportation arrangements. Accessible room was great except for bathroom. Using the shower got water all over the bathroom floor and was very dangerous...very slippery! For breakfast they were slow to refill the food."

"Room was dingy The shower didn’t work properly.My husband is gluten free which we told the hotel in advance however they didn’t have any for him at breakfast and the selection and quality of food was poor The most important factor was that we reserved an executive room which hadn’t been built yet! And we were not told this until the morning we were arriving! Totally unacceptable.We were not at all impressed and would be unable to recommend!"

From the food cooked by the mother to the spot on directions from our host to Plitvice Lakes National Park, which you easily walk to, was all exceptional. I only wish we were repeating this trip again to stay here."

You could hear a little bit of the car traffic from room, but it was minimal. The rooms had everything you would need and the bathroom was very clean as well."
