There were 4 of us, and they couldn't replace them until the next day, and even then they didn't leave towels. They said there had been a mistake in the booking; I think they gave us the wrong apartment, it was too small for 4 people. Super cramped. "The hotel is in a good location, but unfortunately our stay was affected by a maintenance issue. The curtain above our bed had fallen down, and we reported it first thing in the morning. We were told it would be repaired after 3:30 pm that day. When we checked with reception around 5:00 pm, we were informed that the handyman had already left for the day and the curtain would not be fixed. As a result, we had a very poor night's sleep. At this time of year, the sun sets late and rises early, and without a functioning curtain the room became very bright, making it difficult to sleep."
