Reservamos hotel com banheiro privativo. Ao chegar lá, ele não estava disponível. Nos colocaram em outro quarto Sem banheiro e não tivemos nenhum desconto. Não trocam as toalhas. Quartos barulhentos. Chuveiros não são bons. Os atendentes eram atenciosos e prestativos, mas não voltaremos ao hostel

Кто виноват в отмене брони? Отель или Хотел-ком?

По приезду в отель вечером 18,09,19 нам сообщили, что бронь отменена, якобы из-за невозможности списания денежных средств с карты. О чем якобы сообщили 28,08,19. В почте нет писем ни от Отеля, ни от "Хотель ком". Вот и радуйтесь брони у "Хотель ком" со скидкой, бронировала за 8 месяцев! В итоге: не было сил таскаться с багажом на ночь глядя, пришлось ночевать вместо отдельного номера с собственной ванной комнатой (121,74 евро за 3 ночи) - 1 ночь - на 2-х койках в номере на 6 человек с 3-этажными кроватями, по цене 40 евро и 2-ю ночь в отд. номере с общей ванной - за 60 евро. От 3-й ночи вообще пришлось отказаться, так как был ранний вылет в 5 утра, а выселиться при таком раскладе нужно до 22 часов прошлого дня (НИГДЕ НЕ НАПИСАНО!!!). Отель сам ничего, удачное расположение - в самом центре, завтраки так себе, кофе, хлеб, ждем, яблоко-апельсин. Огромная тарелка с несколькими мини-кусочками сыра и колбасы (толщина 0,5 мм, размер 2*3 см..). По вечерам на улице импровизированные концерты живой музыки от начинающих артистов, собирающих с прохожих денежку на пропитание, слышно очень хорошо при закрытых окнах (поют и играют в микрофоны). Вай-фай - хороший прием на этаже рецепшена и плохой на 3м (где отд. номера есть). Багаж на хранение принимают.

Bem localizado e com atendimento muito bom

Fica super bem localizado! O atendimento da Céu está fora da curva, ela fez com que me sentisse em casa. O hostel é mais como uma pousada, nos dias que estive estava bem calmo (não é um hostel animado, funciona bem para descansar no meio da viagem). A casa de banho é minúscula, e os chuveiros não tem muita privacidade. Apesar disso, funcionou bem para uma curta estadia.

Le service et le personnel sont vraiment serviable et courtois. Le petit-déjeuner est rassasiant. Dommage qu'il manque d'espace dans les chambres puis des lits superposés par 3 rendent la montée et la descente difficile. Puis il faut être bien organisé pour partager 2 douches et 2 toilettes pour 15 invités. L'auberge, bien que vieillot, se situe en plein centre de Lisbonne , sur une rue piétonnière, à quelques pas de la gare et le métro. C'est un joyau caché qui mérite le détour tant qu'on ne cherche pas le chic.

Great location

They messed up our reservation but were very apologetic about it which counts for something. The location is unbeatable. Breakfast is simple but I can't really expect more from a hostel. WiFi worked well everywhere.
