Never again
When we got to our apartment, they had changed our reservation. We found out after more than an hour waiting outside the apartment in 104 degrees with a kid. When we finally arrived at the new apartment, it was not ready. We had to come back at 6pm and still was not ready, or clean. We have reserve City Stays twice for a short time during our trips in Europe and it has always been problems. They never send the code to enter apartments, and never answer phones, so we have to call international to talk to them. We spent 5 international calls to try to reach them this time. I will never book them, and the areas in Lisbon are not good.

Dear Arlette, on the April 7th we informed you there was a situation in the apartment you have booked and it was not available. Therefore we had moved you and your familiy to another location - our brand new building. On April 9th you answered us, thanking our email and the new apartment. You agreed with the new location on April 9th! We don't understand what happened in between, but we were always available to assist you and to inform you about everything! Our emails prove that. We are sorry you did not enjoyed Lisbon as we tryed everything to make our customers happy. Kind regards, City Stays Team

Appartamento posto in zona Alfama a due passi dalla cattedrale e dalla linea tram e bus. Pulito, ristrutturato molto ben arredato ed il proprietario è stato gentile e disponibile ed ha sempre prontamente risposto alle nostre richieste nel corso del soggiorno. Lo consiglio

El apartamento es muy acogedor y moderno. Está muy bien ubicado, muy cerca de la Catedral. La limpieza no era muy buena, a pesar que decía que era un apartamento No fumador olía bastante a tabaco, no cambiaron las toallas ni pusieron más aseo personal ni papel higiénico (solo el día que llegamos)

Estimado Cliente, City Stays Apartments son apartamentos elf catering, no tenemos servicio de limpieza o de cambio de toallas durante las estancias. Somos efectivamente apartamentos no fumadores, pero a veces nuestros clientes no cumpren con las reglas, y de nuetsra parte solo podemos lamentarlo! Muchas gracias por su retorno! Modernes Appartement in Toplage
Für eine kleine Gruppe von bis zu 6 Personen ein hervorragend gelegenes, hochmodernes und geräumiges Appartment. Sehr angenehm auch die zwei Badezimmer. Großzügige moderne Küche, kostenfreies W-LAN und ein großer TV runden das Angebot ab.
