Great location in Alfama, close to trolley stops. We had the top floor suite with balconies, great to sit and enjoy the view. It was clean, comfortable bed, safe, and friendly staff. Included breakfast was good too.

Overall I agree this is an excellent hotel mostly due to its location. I did not pay for breakfast and followed a review regarding a breakfast place around the block which was great! The hotel staff was helpful and attentive. I’d like to strongly suggest to take out some of the decorative elements inside the room to improve space and mobility but most important change the A/C filters or deep clean it regularly. If you have allergies and stay here just beware. Otherwise, I strongly recommend this hotel!

Dalma suites was perfectly located in an interesting part of Lisbon. We were able to walk or take an inexpensive Uber everywhere. Rooms were clean and nicely decorated. Breakfast was good. Staff were helpful.

Nice room good location
First night in Lisbon. Plane landed at 8am. A short Uber later and we were dropped at Dalma. We were kindly met by staff and allowed a very very early check in. The room was quiet and comfortable. I would definitely stay here again.

Fantastic stay at Dalma Old Town Suites!
After arriving early evening with an Uber from the airport (14 euro and worked great), we were greeted at the door by hotel manager Diego who made us feel really at home and took us up to our room. It's a great located boutique hotel, at the top of one of the 'hills' of Lisbon, a nice couple of bars 100 metres away, 10mins walk from the castle, 20 mins walk from from the centre of town and the infamous tram 28 passes by the hotel, so a great spot! Our room was really clean, good facilities of a fridge, coffee machine, sink and a really nice touch of a bottle of rose wine on arrival:-) . Breakfasts were plentiful and relaxed, so all in all a fantastic stay, thanks so much to Diego and the team.

Loved the property! Our room however was a little small for 3 people but would be perfect for a couple. The bathroom was not very private as the toilet area had a glass door. I would definitely stay there again but book a larger room. Our teenage son said the rollaway bed was very comfortable and it appeared that way looked like a real mattress and not a foldable one.

We stayed for five night nights. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean in modern. We stayed in the one bedroom apartment on the fourth floor. The river view was amazing. There is a small kitchen with a microwave, stove, coffee maker, dishwasher, and washing machine. The bathroom was clean and modern. There are plenty of dining options with walking distance. There is a great breakfast option on an alley right up the street called Quase Cafe. That's in addition to the buffet offered at the restaurant on the lower floor of the hotel. Overall, a great experience and stay.

Amazing hotel Amazing location Amazing staff Clean and spacious room My most favorite part of the hotel is its location being close to all the major attractions and giving you the true feeling of Alfama as well as the fact that my room opened up to the street view. Just the total vibe is great and super clean and nice hotel to stay at while in Lisbon. The restaurant downstairs looked good although I didn’t get anything there

The location of this hotel is excellent. You are in the heart of the old city and in walking distance to the metro. The staff were friendly and the hotel was quiet. The rooms and bed are getting worn and although overall clean, some areas could use more cleaning like around the trims, hard to reach areas, outlets, etc. The restaurant although not part of the hotel is excellent. Make dinner here part of your plans.

The room wasn't very clean and the bed sheets smelt of bodies where they hadn't been washed properly. There was a coffee pod machine in the room, but no coffee pods. When we asked, we were given 2 for 2 of us for 3 nights. Very expensive for what we got when booking through expedia. Will never book through them again AC in room was very loud and made a buzzing noise. When we reported this we were told told to have it on between 21&23 degrees. I mean whats the point?

Wonderful small boutique style hotel in the Old Town of Lisbon. Easy check-in process upon arrival by the friendly and informative propery manager. We stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment on the top floor. It had a beautiful view of the water and surrounding town and was modern retro in decor. Very spacious to accommodate a family of 5 comfortably. The daily breakfast which we had included in our rate was perfect to start off each day (otherwise it costs 8 euro per person per day). Easy 15-20 minute walk down the hill in to the town centre, walking back up the hill probably a tad longer otherwise you can catch the tram back up quite easily. Lovely old town ambience with cobblestone streets, many local restaurants and a variety of bars nearby. Overall, we had a fantastic stay and would definitely stay here again if heading back to Lisbon.

The property was very nice and in a great location to walk to transportation, attractions, shopping and dining. We loved our beautiful room with a tile headboard and wall. The bed was comfortable and the shower was very good. Our room was very clean and the staff was extremely nice and helpful. The air conditioning was not working properly and the staff went out of their way to bring us fans to assist with cooling the room while they worked on a repair. We had breakfast each morning downstairs and it was very nice. We look forward to staying here again.
