Very conveniently located to public transportation. A supermarket is really close too. I had a view from the room that was fantastic. It’s a bit ultra modern for me. Had trouble figuring out how to work the lights in the room.

I liked the modern look of the hotel but there were problems. The air conditioning wasn't working in the room and the water temp in shower fluctuated from warm to scalding hot.

it is very progressive inside the room with all electrical advancements , however our TV didn't work the first night and 2nd last night of stay , it took one day to be fixed on its sound and we end up to replace the TV ... unfortunately AC was malfunctioning at all nights , maintenance could not figure why it does not cool down the temperature desirably such fancy hotel didn't have Jack cozy or Whirlpool , and I am not sure when the pool water was replaced which didn't seem very fresh ... work out and gym facility was good at the end, I think I would stay on this hotel , for their friendly staff which they always tried to be helpful and other greatness but possibly at 140 Euro ...!

The rooms we re like ikea styke with nooks everywhere. Lots of things one needs ie hair dryer safe etc. But our rooms bidet sprayer and one lamp were not working. The wet and dry saun eere amazing as was the gym and pool area.

I stayed here the week prior and since I was returning to Lisbon decided to stay here again....the first time was great....when I returned I didn't feel the same....the bedside lamps in my room did not work....the shower the plastic panel actuallt moved when I strpped on it.....qhen I was here before I asked since I was coming back could they give me a differwnt room with a different view...a little upgrade....I feel like I was downgraded....the rooms have a lot of switches for lights ahades air conditioning....which means a lot can go wrong. I never saw anyone cleaning? Hmmmm...I think that is what they were going for little interaction as possible but I felt like maybe they weren't cleaning....pool sauna could use some love

The controls for the HVAC are surprisingly through the TV's hotel web site. An old thermostat is still on the wall and powered to show temperature, but is otherwise non-functional and misleading. The web site for room control itself is rather confusing, and I had to get a staff member to show how to work it. For example, there is a button saying "ON", but counter-intuitively, you need to leave it alone of you really want the system to be on. If you click the "ON" button, it turns the system off. Eventually, a little experience solved all the problems, but it was an annoyance to have to learn the hard way. This was only a minor concern--most of the hotel was very nice and a very good value.

Great stay, clean, everyone super friendly. Place location is convenient to walk all around town. Only issue we had was an awful smell that would come from the shower/drain pipes. They flushed it, but the smell would eventually come back. Besides that, I would consider to come back.

Strong recommend
We took two-three day breaks in Lisbon at the Evolution. We had a slight issue with weekend party noise and one room's aircon wasn't working, but the team was excellent, super-friendly and sorted our issues out with a smile. The beds are enormous and very comfortable. The en-suite comes in pod form which took a little getting used to, but the rooms are generally really comfortable. On the ninth floor there's a goof gym, swimming pool sauna and hammam. All in good condition. We found the location to be really good too. Away from the mass tourist spots, but within a €5 Uber of wherever we wanted to go. This is a good hotel and I recommend it!

Pricey but worth it
Busy commercial area with a mall, food court, cafes nearby (highly recommend the one next door), but not as loud/rowdy as Bairro Alto. Great 24hr gym. The rooms air conditioning could be much cooler though. Some nights were quite warm in my room. Perfect for a solo business trip in my opinion
