Great Apartment and Location
I loved the apartment andocation. Was right in the middle of everything. The room was quiet and comfortable and very clean, comfortable bed. I loved the keyless entry as well.

Expectation vs. Reality
I’m not sure where to start with this hotel. When we arrived, we were EXTREMELY disappointed. It looks absolutely nothing like the pictures. The only saving grace was the private bathroom and clean sheets. The rest was an embarrassment. The room is just empty. Nothing but a couple of beds and a table. No air conditioning, TV, amenities, etc. It was just a box. The first night was ok, we slept reasonably well until the builders started hammering and drilling directly outside of our door at 8am. Nice way to wake up after arriving late. We woke up to 34 degree weather, which would be fine if we had air con. Every subsequent night we were bitten terribly by mosquitoes; shutting the windows at night wasn’t an option as the room was tiny and stuffy and hot. There was absolutely no customer service, nobody answered the phone or seemed to care whatsoever. I am disappointed the owners seem to take no pride in this hotel. It could be amazing. Unfortunately, it is nowhere near amazing. The bed felt like a plastic bag filled with rocks. My back was hurting that much after 4 nights that we actually booked ANOTHER HOTEL for the final night just to get a good nights sleep. The new one was fantastic, and really showed us what we were missing out on. Shop about and do NOT book this hotel. It was the worst part about the holiday and I dreaded going to sleep. Lisbon is beautiful and one of the best places I’ve ever visited, so please don’t let this hotel put a downer on your holiday.

I got to the place everything is with codes which is kind of complicated to remember all the codes since they’re really long. The room had no view whatsoever only a small window to a courtyard where they put all the construction stuff since they are in construction at the moment. The beds are so hard it was easier to sleep in the floor and the room is much smaller than in the photo overall not a good experience at this place, I had to rent a room in another place that was much better great view and half the price so I do not recommend this place .

Everything is excellent. The location is just perfect, the room is very comfortable and clean. However, the shower facility is amazing but the shower head is fixed far too high and the only way to have a shower is to grab hold of the shower head and wash yourself. You cannot actually have a shower if not holding it. Soooooooooooo uncool

The location is great in the very heart of the Lisbon and near from bars. This hotel has a system of auto Check-in meaning that the guest needs to introduce a code for entering in the building in my case i need to enter several times while was raining and getting wet during the process. During the second night I felt cold so I removed a linen from another bed, when I remarked that the several parts of the bed where completely dirty. Besides that in terms of breakfast compared with another hotels is lacking several ingredients like croissants and bread with chocolate.

First floor room with windows to the common area. Couldnt open the windows because the common afea seems in construction and the smell of cement would come to the room. Theirs no front desk person at any time. Just the lady aho serve breakfast and clean the room.

Rubbish hotel
Location fine but the hotel was a real disappointment. Room not cleaned every day. No air con. No tv. No fresh towels every day. Staff made a big deal of it when I asked for more towels ( so I could mop up the leaky shower) Room decor was old and wallpaper peeling off walls and filthy carpet. Reception claimed it was open 24-7 but it wasn't. Communal area was locked off at 8pm and my partner was shouted at for going onto the terrace. Hotel was very overpriced for what it had to offer which really wasn't a lot. There was a broken fan in the room which slightly helped with the heat but it really wasn't acceptable. Would not stay again.

Well located. Terrible room cleaning.
The hotel is really well located, and it has a really nice price for the area where it is located. However, we found bedbugs on the bed (big ones!), and we realized that the carpet of the room was never cleaned up while we were there. There was no staff available at the front desk (from 14:00 to 20:00, and we did not see anyone). Rooms are really claustrophobic and there are no double beds in the hotel. About parking, we went there by car.. no parking available on a Saturday night, and prices of parking lots were ridiculously high (48€/day at Praza da Luis Camoes), despite of the info provided by the hotel, which said parking around there were a lot cheaper. Terrible experience. Next time I will pay a little bit more, or I will book a hotel further into "modern" Lisbon in stead of suffering all the lacks of this hotel.

Less than basic
Think of a basic hotel and then subtract things such as: doors, more than two plug sockets, a shower cubicle, a table, a mirror in the bedroom. This was fine and we managed to sleep in room 2. Sadly at breakfast (which is average; cereal, bread, disgusting coffee) room 16 had experienced the bedbugs! They slept outside their room. Stay at your own risk!

Not a good experience
The hotel is close to bars and restaurants but unfortunately, it's also close to drug dealers. Room is extremely small and hot. Opposite to what you see in pictures, not modern at all - not as clean and spacious. The room is definitely not what we expected after looking at the pictures.

We found bed bugs in one room. They switched our room the next day, said they took care of the bugs in the first room. We didn't find any bugs in the second room, but it still wasn't very clean. Staff was friendly and helpful, but have very limited front desk hours.

Hotel was not so bad. Close to Bairro Alto and the subway. Staff were great. Although it's true what people say about the bathrooms and the rooms could probably do with an update.. The issue I had was noise on the roof terrace from groups of drunk guests all day and all night.. I understand that people are on holiday but trying to sleep underneath it at 5am was unbearable. Was so loud with bangs, crashes and screaming above my head I thought the ceiling was going to cave in.. Attempted to locate a staff member at 6am but nowhere to be seen. I ended up just staying awake and fighting sleep the next day.

Convenient location to touristic areas
Location is very convenient, but the room is rather small, especially the bathroom (and shower specifically). To reach the hotel you need to climb a side street of steep stairs. Not sure if this is an unsafe area, but my mother was assaulted at night just a few doors away from the hotel by 2 young men who (unsuccessfully) tried to steal her necklace.

Great little hotel
This is a great little hotel. Handy location (only a 5 min walk from the nearest Metro station) and with a wide variety of shops, cafes and bars very close by. I had a room on the 2nd floor - note the building has no lift. Glad I wasn't any higher up as a number of rooms are only accessible via a very narrow looking spiral staircase. I had a twin room, comfy beds, hanging rail with hangers. No tv or other facilities. Clean towels, shower/bathroom could have done with a lick of paint but for the price I can't complain. Breakfast was a bit sparse - cornflakes, bread rolls and some sliced meat/cheese - again, for the price, all ok. Perfect place for the cost conscious traveller. Would I stay here again? Absolutely.

Great location, very basic rooms
We just needed a place for one night before our flight, and booked it based on price and location. It served its purpose but I would not like to stay longer than one night. Rooms did not have a chair, showers were just a curtain, no A/C which made it pretty hot in the afternoon/evening. The staff were very helpful in finding us restaurants and places to see.

Small but efficient
Overall, a very nice, albeit small, room. If you are looking for a relatively inexpensive place to sleep while exploring the city, then this is a good place. If you want a TV, big bathroom, etc. I would suggest something else. I was in Lisbon for a conference and so for me it was perfect. Slightly removed from the more touristy areas, but close enough that you can walk there in about 5 minutes.

Really basic, but great location.
The rooms are small and there is no phone, no TV, no safe, no chair, no table - just a bed, a wall shelf and an impossible metal bar contraption that is supposed to accommodate your clothes. If you are of the half of the world that owns a Mac, the internet wont work for you. The bathroom is tiny; when you sit on the toilet your feet will be in the shower. The shower itself is barely manageable unless you are quite petite. The location is great; smack in the Bairro Alto near many good restaurants and nightlife that line the streets - but luckily not the tiny street in front of the hotel which remains relatively tranquil. Ask for room eleven or twelve on the third floor (European second floor). The hotel offers a basic breakfast for 3.50 Euros. The hotel staff, especially Martha on the front desk, are delightful.

Decent Hotel with Caveats
Overall, this is a fine place to stay if you are on a budget. The location was convenient to the central part of Lisbon. We had two people stay in the room, and it was exceptionally small, meaning there was hardly enough room to open our suitcases and still move around. The big problem with the room was a mold/mildew smell. The shower in the bathroom only has a curtain, allowing water to pool all over the bathroom floor. Some of that water must have seeped onto the carpet in the bedroom, causing the mold smell. It was difficult to sleep in these conditions, irritating the throat. The front desk will not give you extra towels to mop up the water on the floor. If you are sensitive to mold, beware.

It was very trendy and the people were sweet. I wanted to stay in this neighborhood. but basically it was just nor quite comfortable enough for me, a little too bare bones. everyone was great ând the common rooms were nicely done, but it is just not for me, as an older business traveller who needs a desk.

We never experienced something like that. The Internet was absolutely weak and the connection got constantly interrupted. The door to the bathroom got blocked on the second day and had to be repaired. (Not so easy to reach someone from the non-existing reception). The towels were NOT renewed after the third day, so we had to send again an E-Mail. Our question concerning keeping the lugage for some hours after our checkout didn´t get any answer. What a bad experience, what a horrible place.

Esperienza sgradevole. In 5 giorni di soggiorno non è mai passato nessuno a pulire la stanza né a cambiare le lenzuola, salviette ecc...non c’era sapone in bagno il quale, per altro, è di dimensioni minimali...l’odore in camera era al quanto insopportabile. Non c’è alcun personale disponibile in quanto sia la porta della camera, sia la porta dell’hotel viene aperta tramite un codice. Sconsigliato

J'ai reservé cet hotel 6 nuits du 2 au 8 aout. En arrivant dans la chambre, des cheveux qui trainent, de la poussière et les draps et les serviettes qui sentent le renfermé. La nuit, en me réveillant pour aller aux toilettes, j allume la lumière et je vois ' gros cafards qui grouillent dans la salle de bain : un dans la douche, les autres sur les murs, un cafard est même entré dans ma valise. Des messieurs qui manifestement habitent dans cet "hôtel" et qui y sont présents tout le temps, hurlent sans cesse jour et nuit. Ils communiquent entre eux en hurlant d'une chambre à une autre, voire d'un étage à l'autre et aussi par la fenêtre. J ai dû changer d'hotel le lendemain de mon arrivée tellement ce fut invivable. Ni l'hotel, ni expedia ne veulent me rembourser. C'est une honte !

NÃO SE HOSPEDEM NESSE HOTEL.
Péssimo em todos os quesitos. *Localização Está no centro da cidade no meio da muvuca, rua de difícil acesso de carro e com pessoas bem mal encaradas te oferecendo conteúdos ilícitos. *Limpeza Terrível. Toalha manchada, forro da cama e lençol cheio de cabelos, fixadores de etiquetas de roupa embaixo das camas. *Acomodação Quarto e banheiro minúsculo, tem que sair do banho e se secar fora do banheiro porque não tem o mínimo de espaço, pra tomar banho e um sacrifício. Se tiver com mais de 3 malas vai ter que escolher se você fica no quarto ou às malas. Os carpetes da área comum totalmente nojentos. O colchão de uma das camas estava com as molas estragadas, forma um buraco, impossível dormir(uma funcionária do hotel nos relatou qdo estávamos indo embora que todos esses problemas são recorrentes, que ela mesma já havia feito a troca do colchão devido a reclamações anteriores, se esse é o novo imagina o velho). Como já consta no anúncio não possui recepção e entrar em contato com os responsáveis do hotel via e-mail ou telefone é impossível, os mesmos não respondem. Fiz a reserva para 4 dias e tive que sobreviver a 1 com muito sacrifício, o hotel não oferece o reembolso e em Lisboa tem que pagar a taxa turística de €2 por pessoa/noite que é cobrado pelo hotel antes do início da hospedagem e como ocorreu no meu caso, que não consegui completar a minha estadia, não tive nem esse reembolso e tive que pagar novamente no outro hotel.

Vi fick inte koden till ytterdörren viket gjorde att vi fick ta kontakt via telefon. Eftwrsom de inte svarade där mailade vi. Hjälp fick vi iaf efter ca 30 minuter. Rummen små och det gick inte att ha fönster öppet eftersom det saknades hasp. WiFi var nästan noll på rummet, men bra i entre och frukostrum. TV i frukostrummet men där var låst utom just under frukost. Dagtig var det byggare som gjorde vid några rum (bl.a. vårt grannrum) vilket utgjorde en del störande ljud.

De kamer is modern ingericht, licht en van alle basis voorzieningen voorzien, wat een verademing is gezien de gebruikelijke gedateerde staat van Portugese overnachtingplaatsen. De kamer ligt op loopafstand van het bruisende centrum van Lissabon wat natuurlijk een duidelijke pré is. Helaas heeft de kamer het formaat van een hele kleine studentenkamer waardoor je geen ruimte hebt om jezelf even terug te trekken op de kamer (behalve op je bed zitten). Daarnaast is het ontbreken van een airconditioning wel een gemis. Tijdens ons verblijf was het 33 tot 35 graden overdag, tot en met 25 graden in de nacht (begin juni). Mogelijkheden om door te waaien zijn er niet dus zwetende nachten zijn niet te voorkomen. Helaas is het ook niet mogelijk om in de buurt gratis te parkeren. Heb je geen vervoer is dat geen probleem, zo niet dan ben je aangewezen op peperdure parkeergarages. Er is geen enkel personeel aanwezig geweest tijdens de 4 dagen dat we er waren, wat verder geen probleem is, maar gezien de temperatuur zou het verschonen van handdoeken tussentijds wel prettig zijn geweest.

God beliggenhed. Ingen rengøring, sengetøj skift eller rene håndklæder. Fik heller ikke tømt skræld. Vi havde 6 overnatninger. Vi var lovet en tagterrasse og mulighed for kaffe, men ingen af delene var eksisterende. Det eneste gode var beliggenhed i en rolig gade
