Fabio was Fabio-lous..fabulous! Rest to the property to make sure that I got in safely and give me all the directions and great service the other guess there were awesome as well. I’ll be coming back.

Quirky styling that shows a lot of thought has gone into the interior design. Twin beds were small and low but comfortable. Ample common space with enough kitchen kit to prepare most meals. Street traffic was noisey through most of the night and I could just about 8 like hear the neighbors in the hallway

Good location close to metro
We stayed for one week at O Bigode do Rato while we explored Lisbon. Easy to find from the metro stop. Fabiana was very helpful with suggestions for restaurants and places to see. Definitely eat at Sabores do Rato for a very local experience and very good Portuguese food. Fabiana arrived every morning to set out breakfast and there is a nearby grocery store for anything else you might need. We would have hoped for at least a small set of shelves in order to unpack and somewhere to hang up a couple of items. Also no air conditioning but a fan was provided. There was also a problem checking in as there was no way and no one to call when we arrived to a very busy airport on a delayed flight and faced huge customs lineups. We arrived outside the bnb and there was no one to let us in. We were scrambling to send a text message as the phone would only go to voicemail. This also happened to another guest several days later but overall we were satisfied with this bnb.

Good place to stay in Lisbon
We have stayed for 4 days at O' bigode and we have very good experience. The room was clean and we had good warm breakfast everyday which we enjoyed very much. The kitchen was clean and spacious. There are 2 bathrooms which we can use. The location is close to the subway. We highly recommend O'Bigode do Rato.

Good for a short stay.
I stayed there 1 night only as I went to see a football match.It is very near to the metro station. Only thing was that it was a bit hard to find as there was no sign. The staff was very pleasant and helpful. I would stay there again if I needed to. Breakfast was nice too :)

Anfitrião muito atencioso, tive um pouco de dificuldade ao chegar para encontrar o prédio, pois tem o nome na frente, mas a localização é boa, próximo ao centro. Limpeza boa e estrutura compatível com o valor. Só o que nao gostei foi a escada. Nao possui elevador e fica no 3 andar, complicado para malas

Aspect intérieur rustique
La localisation est parfaite (près de la sortie du métro, assez central, restaus pas chersxet sympas alentours...). Les chambres sont rustiques et manquent cruellement de maintenance : stores déchiquetés et pendants, tringles à rideaux non fixées (danger, elle m'est tombée fessus). Le plancher en boid n'est pas entretenu et les plinthes sont recouvertes de poussière... Que dire ? Rapport qualité / prix correct, mais maintenance et propreté pourraient être améliorés à faible coût.

Excepcional estadia!
Primeiramente queria frisar o apoio dado pelo host com relação a dúvidas, dicas e acolhimento. As camas são confortáveis, a cozinha é completa, as casa de banho são limpas e está muito bem localizado com autocarro e metro quase a porta. Varias opcoes de alimentacao e mercado ao redor. Gostei bastante do guest house. Ambiente simples e aconchegante. Cama razoavelmente confortável. Muito gentil o atendimente Fábio. Apenas sugiro que melhorem a limpeza das paredes do banheiro que tem muito limo. No geral, e bem localizado a poucos minutos da estação do metrô. Certamente voltarei a me hospedar uma próxima viagem.

Ho prenotato questa struttura tratto in inganno dalle recensioni, pensavo si trattasse di un B&B invece da più di un anno non forniscono più la colazione. lato positivo è la posizione con la metro e un supermercato molto vicini; buona l'accoglienza all'arrivo ma dopo si è abbandonati a sé stessi.. si comunica via sms. La mia camera era piccola senza armadio nè mensole solo tre ganci x gli abiti, aveva due letti ma se avessi avuto compagnia avremmo fatto a testate. Letto mai rifatto e mai pulita la stanza. Due bagni esterni per 4 camere uno piccolo e uno grande dove nonostante ci fosse spazio le italiane che lo gestiscono non hanno affatto pensato di mettere un bidet... sigh... le porte risalgono agli anni 50 ed sono problematiche da chiudere e molto rumorose... quasi fatiscenti. Sinceramente per quello che ho pagato potevo trovare di meglio, lasciate perdere

Die Unterkunft ist sehr zentral und super an das öffentliche Verkehrsnetz angeschlossen. Die Wohnung hat Altbaucharm und ist stilvoll eingerichtet. Das Personal ist sehr hilfsbereit. Selbst als ich meinen Schlüssel verloren hatte, haben Sie sich schnellst möglich um Ersatz gekümmert! Danke für den schönen Aufenthalt :)

Without doubt one of the favorite places to stay during work time in Lisbon! Upon arrival i were warmly welcomed by the staff they are extremely friendly. I had a great evenings here, the atmosphere is so special that it really felt like home to me. A true sample of excellent hospitality!

Il B&B è molto grazioso, in una posizione molto comoda vicino la fermata della metro. Sono stata delusa dall'indifferenza del personale che abbandona a se stessi i clienti. Positive stuff: Nemt at komme rundt fordi den ligger tæt på metroen "Rato". Let morgenmad (toast, juice, lækker frisk kaffe, frugt, yoghurt...) og rigtig dejligt at blive taget godt i mod! :) vi har sovet rigtig godt og haft en lækker ophold. Lidt minus er at toiletterne mangler måske lidt en renovering. Et andet minus er at når man opholder sig mere end 1 nat, så kan man blive lidt træt af den samme morgenmad.

Выбрали данные гостевые комнаты для короткой остановки в Лиссабоне. Очень понравился персонал! Доброжелательный, отзывчивый! Номер простенький. С общими удобствами проблем не было, практически всегда свободно. Славный скромный завтрак в чудесной столовой задавал настроение с утра, единственное, поздновато начинался. Район Rato - удобный, метро очень близко, доступность до достопримечательностей неплохая.

Tutto perfetto, il B&B si trova a due passi dalla stazione della metropolitana 'Rato', capolinea della linea arancione. E' inoltre possibile arrivare in centro con una camminata di 20 min. Arianna sapra' darvi tutte le informazioni di cui necessitate. Forza Porto!

Les propriétaires étaient sympathique mais absent . Nous sommes restés 3 nuits le petit déjeuné est servi de 9 à 10 h 30 donc nous avons pris le premier puis les deux autres jours nous les avons pris à l’extérieur car servi trop tard. La douche et la baignoire étaient très mal entretenus moisissures +++ et mauvaise évacuation , les pieds qui trempouillent...... La literie était correcte. Adresse a oublier pour l'instant dommage .

We have a great experience at bigote hostel! The staff was friendly and help us to exolore Lisbon! The hostel was close to the metro station and bus station, so the historical center was just few minutes from there. There was an excellent view from the dinning room. Aa I forget to say that The bathroom was realy clean.. We have a great experience in Lisbon and at bigote hostel. If you visit Lisbon is a good place to stay. Το συνιστώ ανεπιφύλακτα!!! Sofia, Greece
