Amazing location, friendly stuff (Thanks Pedro). But the room is very poor. Leaking sink, that was never fixed till we left (5 nights) even though we informed them 10 min after we arrived. And the room cleaning was not at all good, sometimes they don’t even change the towels. If you are looking for a low cost option in a nice area, it works. But i know i am not going back.

The room was about as basic as it could possibly get. A bed, shower and toilet. All minimal. Room is advertised as having an elevator, which we needed. The elevator was not functional and looked like it was not going to be repaired.

It was all good apart from the shower missing a door to close it, so most of the water was in the bathroom.

needs a facelift!
I was very disappointed. Expected a decent stay, to get to my room I had to go through the laundry room, the internet was nearly nonexistent, they wouldn't take my credit cards, girl pretended the machine didn't work. Other guests were very noisy around midnight, staff often not available.

Additional charge for 2nd person??
I was unhappy at check in when they tried to charge extra because I had a friend with me that might have stayed one of the 2 nights I was booked. The room was booked and payed for by me if I chose to share the bed with my friend for one night I don't think that should cost more. Especially when I pulled up a new booking on my phone and there was no price difference in booking for one or two persons.

Lisbon holiday
Unfortunately Residencial Duque de Saldanha wasn't what I expected. It was my first time in Lisbon and I should have booked a proper hotel. This is a place to lay your head at night and nothing else. The shower was nice but the bed was uncomfortable. My room was next to the laundry room, so I had a noisy stay. I won't stay there in future and I won't recommend it either. However, Lisbon was great!

Chambre à côté de la reception trop bruyante (4ieme étage). Des receptionnistes parlant très fort au téléphone (appels personnel ?) une grande partie de la journée. Impossible de se reposer en journée. 1 jour (sur 6) la xhambre n'a pas été faite.

Es un lugar con instalaciones viejas, el baño es demasiado pequeño, se inunda la ducha, las sabanas sucias, las almohadas desgastadas, hasta cucarachas encontramos, una experiencia horrible, no lo recomiendo para nada

Ótima experiência, lugar agradável e silêncioso.
Ótima localização, foca perto do metrô e possui mercados próximos! Lugar calmo e silencioso, anfitrião bem solicito, consegui fazer o check in antes do horário. A varanda é o charme do quarto, com uma vista muito boa para tomar café da manhã e apreciando a cidade.

Estuvimos 7 noches y fueron tranquilas, de día salíamos casi todo el día así que no sé si será igual. fue agradable y esta muy bien comunicada con buses y metro. Algo no muy bueno era que el aire acondicionado no funcionaba y el primer día quisieron cobrar un tipo de impuesto por servicios aunque ni hay algún tipo de servicio adicional, además ese día no había agua caliente y fue por esto que no nos lo cobraron

This accommodation was situated close to the good traffic connections to the airport and the city of Lissabon, which was our reason to choose it. Although the receptionist was a substitute without English language skills, she did all the best to make our stay enoyable and to serve us well and we felt our stay cosy and safe. Simple choice, when you only need a place to stay overnight with good traffic connections and without luxury services.

Ao lado do metro.
Aproximidade com o metro era excelente, fácil acesso aos pontos turístico, local seguro. O quarto extremamente simples, diferente do que tinha visualizado na foto no momento que fechei a estadia. Corredor extremamente barulhento, com pessoas passando a todo momento, batendo portas, conversando, a porta do elevador ao soltar batia e fazia um barulho e chegou a me acordar algumas vezes durante o período da minha hospedagem. No quarto que fiquei, localizado no segundo andar, banheiro bem pequeno, havia um vazamento em que toda vez que tomava banho aparecia água perto do armários, dentro do quarto. Local bem simples, funcionários atenciosos. Indico para quem busca facilidade de acesso aos lugares de Lisboa.

Suficiente pero lo imaginaba mejor.
Son dos pisos en un edificio de la zona de Saldaha, muy cerca de la casa de la moneda. La verdad es que me lo imaginaba más independiente y con mejor estética, pero bueno, cumple para dormir en él (a mis hijas no les gustó). El baño de nuestra habitación era muy pequeño y construido "a posteriori" sobre un entarimado. Moverse a pie hasta la Plaza del Comercio o la zona de Belem supone un paseo muy largo.

orrenda struttura scarsamente curata
Bagno inaffrontabile, microscopico, senza bidet, senza prodotti e con porta a soffietto sgangherata. Tapperella della finestra della stanza rotta, muro della stanza scrostato e camere microscopiche, in due non ci si muove.
