Absolutely gorgeous. Wish I could have stayed longer to enjoy the hotel property itself. Sintra is so busy that just one night is not enough. Would definitely stay 2 nights next time for sure. Very magical experience.

The property exceeded our expectations. The views were spectacular. The service was the best we have had while traveling. We will be back and highly recommend this property if staying in Sintra.

Excellent location. Unbelievable views, very clean, very homey. Very professional staff, super friendly and very helpful. The bed is on the hard side, very uncomfortable. Other than that I will return in a heartbeat.

"EXEMPLARY"
This is a stunning property that is immaculately maintained. The staff are very helpful and go above and beyond any normal service. It is small and has a very relaxed atmosphere. The grounds are beautifully landscaped and lovely to stroll around. On our last evening, they hosted a night with appetizers, wine and "Fado" performers for all of the guests. If any food/drink item on the table ran low it was immediately replaced even though there were only 15 guests at the time and most had their fill. The breakfast was excellent and at a level commensurate with the overall experience. We would highly recommend and will stay again in the future.

We loved being on this gorgeous property and the staff was very lovely, kind and helpful. My only suggestion is add photos of the rooms that guests will be staying in online to not confuse them when they arrive.

This is one of the best hotel more than our expectations. At the evening they have welcome reception with light food and drinks. We loved the fado songs.

Beautiful property in a fantastic location with amazing views. Included breakfast was fabulous, room was palatial and elegant. The only negative was the lack of curtains or blinds on the windows of one wall so it was a bit bright in the morning. Otherwise, excellent stay overall.

Beautiful property and gardens. Amazing breakfast, made to order and you’re overlooking a lovely garden with the resident peacocks. Wine with appetizers every evening. Fado singers on some evenings. The staff were wonderful, helpful and very accommodating. Beautiful rooms and very comfortable. We had 2 nights here but wished we spent more time here just relaxing at the property. Definitely recommend!!

Highly recommend! Staff is beyond wonderful, as is the property. Great location to explore Sintra. Our room was gorgeous as is the property, breakfast was fantastic as was the wine and cheese reception. Fantastic view from the dining area and balcony, complete with peacocks to add to the ambiance. We only stayed one night, wish we would have scheduled more. If we visit Portugal again we will be sure to stay again.
