It was a basic room that was suitable for our one night stay. Our check in staff member was very attentive and was very helpful explaining everything about our check in process. The room was good and the bed was comfortable. The bathroom could use some work. There was mold all along the edge of the shower, the drain was very slow to drain and the shower door was very difficult to open and close. It was also very noisy and not a lot of sound proofing to block out the noise of the street and other guests.

We had a double room with private bathroom. The bed was firm but comfortable. It had new double-glazed windows that opened onto the street, which was not too noisy. The bathroom was small but functional. Other than some mildew in the bottom tiles of the shower it was clean. The bedroom door to hallway was thin and other guests who came in after midnight were loud and kept us awake for a while. There was no staff member who enforced the quiet time. There was a large kitchen which we IOP didn’t use, but it seemed well equipped, with lots of seating, including some outdoor patio seating in a small courtyard. Overall a good value for money.

Our room had multiple mold spots under the window. The window metal shutter did not close at all. There was parts of the wall that had fallen drywall spots so there were holes in the room. The toilet did not flush properly so we had to flush it at least 3 times. The bathroom had new tiling that was pretty but there was black mold at the base of the shower. The kitchen amenities were great though. There was a washing machine for doing laundry. The elevator worked well. The beds were comfortable. We slept well.

Clean room, outstanding location. Front desk staff were great and gave me a fantastic dining suggestion on the evening of my arrival. There is a wonderful Portuguese restaurant directly across the street. Convenient to dining, shopping, and transportation. Would stay here again in a heartbeat!!

The staff and the room were fine. The kitchen was very nice. Having a separate bathroom was a pain, having to lock and unlock each door. I left after one day because there was no chair and I had to work, but that was probably my fault for choosing the cheapest room.

I stayed here for a week and have no complaints! For background, I was a solo traveler and stayed for about 5 days. The room was small but I didn’t need much. The only thing I would warn you about was the bathroom situation. For my room in particular, the bathroom was not connected to my room. It was across the hall so not far but that was the only thing I was not thrilled about. I did check in earlier than expected so the bathroom was not cleaned prior to my arrival but they did clean both the room and bathroom throughout my stay! Overall good location, easy access to the metro and there is plenty of food and drink places nearby.
